how funny that I stumble on this discussion right now, because I just sat down and turned on TV to watch re-runs of Will & Grace. I'd have to definitely say Karen as well.

KAREN!!! She was the best character ever on a sitcom! But I do have to say that when Jack and Karen were together - it was even better. I miss Will & Grace =(

It would always have to be both. They are much more amusing together than apart. They play off each others personalities. A spin-off of the two of them would be GREAT!

I think every once in a while (like every five minutes) the show got offensive. But that is what made it unique. You have to be able to laugh at yourself occassionally. But I must admit I do NOT like the Megan Mullaly show. It's just not funny.

I would have to say that Jack is funnier, but it's a tough choice. He's just so hilarious!! Jack & Karen together are what make the show; Karen's offensiveness is what makes her funny. You're right, though; I don't like her in her own show- maybe we're expecting her to act like Karen???I have one more season to buy on DVD, then I'll have the entire serious.
