What did you do to lose fats fast?

In just a month I lost 20 lbs. Now, how did I do that? At first, I thought it's hard to lose some weight when you've got eating disorder. Like when I'm depress, I tend to eat more than necessary. So I became overweight with the height of 5'0" and weighing 160 pounds. I took so many kinds of diet pills and drunk a lot of dieting tea. I even followed the no eating before 6 o'clock in the evening. But it didn't work for me in the end. So what I did to lose some weight, it's simple. First, have some goal and that's lose weight. Second, have some determination to accomplish that goal. Third, a little inspiration can help. Fourth, be firm and have self-discipline. Fifth, eat regularly. No in between snacks. Lastly, do a daily exercise like jogging or walking a distance. Take note, if you're going to have a daily exercise don't force yourself to do it but enjoy it. Good luck in losing weight friends. I've got 20 more pounds to lose. :)

Get up early morning, Have 3 glass of mild hot water. Go for joging. You shoudl run minimum 2 km. Some back and do some streching excercise. If you like you can have hotwater with i spoon honey before you go to bed. try this routine for 1 month . You willl reduce 3-5 kg

Hello friend. Just curious, what's the honey for? Hmmmm, I think, instead of heavy supper, I will just have to take a spoon of honey before going to bed so I will not feel starving while sleeping? Is that it? Thanks in advance for the reply. I need to lose weight gained from giving birth.

Inspiration and wise words. I've been yo-yoing in my weight for a while. The lowest I've gotten was 145lbs in high school. I was happy then because now I'm tipping the scales at around 220lbs and I hate it. Child birth did a number on me and I haven't lost the weight I put on during the pregnancy. I agree with everything you say. I did exactly those things when I had lost a lot of weight when I was younger, which I have to instill today, but one thing people should do is drink A LOT of water. They say drink about 2 glasses before a meal. I used to have 2 glass with a meal. 2 glasses in the morning, and once right before bead. You'll have to pee a lot for a while, but you cleanse your system and of course if you sweat, you won't get dehydrated. My husband also suggests muscle training. I used to do Tae-Bo and lift arm weights. Now, I have my Wii Fit and some other things. I don't like walking around the neighborhood because it scares me so I try to do most of my exercise inside, when I have the time...which is the problem.

oh, i think a good plan would really work out well. i think when i was in such a plan to lose weight i even keep track of what i eat so i do not over eat what i can just drink water as a replacement for. :D

you got the key to achieve your physique goal, with regard to your diet, eat 5-6 times small portin of meal (consist of low glycemic carbs, protein, fiber, healthy fats and more water)..stay healthy and fit girl!

For it's been tested to jog in the afternoon,do sit ups and more on healthy foods,in that way you will lost weight fast.

I'm quite lucky in that sense whereby i have fast metabolism rate, and thus whatever i eat, tend to be digested fast. When that happens, i have to keep eating throughout the whole day, but in smaller portions, of course. Other than that, i do engage in exercises, as well as slow jog, and long walks. I believe exercise is the key to losing weight, whiole diet does play a small part too. It all depends on each individual.

I am also very much depressed with this problem. I tried all the steps to reduce my weight like control oil items, avoid milk products and sugar products. I dislike to go outside for walking because I feel very shy to go outside due to my obesity. Finally, I decided to buy a treadmill and get walk inside my home. Now, the processing to buy a treadmill is going on.

A friend of mine, who has been overweight for lots of years (me too by the way ;) ), tried a very simple routine. Eat regularly, try not to eat too much, but eat what you like. And then the hard part, go for a run every day, for at least 15 min. His pounds melted away very easily, and he said his routine was easy to follow.

Wow thats good 20 pound in a month. Ive been doing the p 90 x and its a workout but i have lose weigh and gain muscle. i think if you try hard and work out and eat right youll lose weigh

I am not fat but for me if I would like to lose fats fast, I will jog everyday, go to the gym and make some workout. Eat a balance diet. Monitor my eating habit because I might be eating beyond my daily dietary needs. Be strict to yourself and follow your routine. Don't get lazy for the consequence is already there. Make sure that there is someone to look at your progress so that he/she can give you some advice about your progress and he can check if you are still on the right track or you are slowly detouring in the path of losing fats.

My dear emzymemy ,I have reduced 20 kg in one year ,best way to reduce weight is drink more than 20 glasses of water and take low calorie food ,your breakfast,lunch ,snacks and dinner should be on time ,work out for atlereast half an hour ,do not sleep just after taking lunch and dinner ,from dinner atleast 2 hrs gap for sleeping ,u will find good result,thanks for sharing.
