Well, who doesn't want to be surprised by family and friends once in a while? Most of us, if not all, love surprises especially during special occasions. It makes us feel loved, wanted, and cared for. It makes us realize we somehow matter in this world, and that in a way, we are also important to other people's lives...

I hate surprises! :)
It is because I like to be in the "know". I like knowing things ahead of time so I can prepare for it and make arrangements to handle it well. If I am caught in a surprise, I would not know how to react from it. I like to be in control of circumstances around me and don't like being caught off-guard with surprises.
Have a nice day to you!

i love surprises too.... ^_^
even just for a few while, maybe even simply during one's birthday, a aurprise would make you feel really happy and loved.... I had my share of surprises before....
It was my birthday.... i kind of felt sad... i do not remember why... then out of the blue, my best friends came over for a sleep over... i was really surprised that i even scolded them that they should have told me their plans so i could have prepared the room and asked mom to cook more dinner... but inside, i was sooooo happy.... ^_^

Hi,
I guess everyone Love suprises especially
from our loved one.
Of course, I love to have a surpise from my husband or
my family members. I will feel very happy and this
kind of feeling is hard to describe, but i just love this feeling.
When we get a suprise,it means that person really care about
us and that is why they are willing and have the heart to give
us a surpise.
In my life, I have few suprises when I was dating, those
suprises were from my boyfriend.
After we married, my husband hardly gave me any suprises again.

A good surprise warms the heart. It makes you feel appreciated. The joy it brings is just breathtaking and makes a lasting impression. Good surprises are the little miracles that lift the spirit up that make life worth living for.

As you described it, surprises makes us feel loved, wanted and cared for - I'd definitely agree with that...
...as long as the surprise isn't a parking ticket
