I'm sorry. These two little words are probably the hardest words in the entire English language to say. It's not because they're hard to pronounce. It's not because there's anything hard to say about the words themselves. Rather, it's the meaning that is hard to get out of our mouths. Why is this so ladies and gentlemen? Can you share your views?

They're hard because a sincere apology involves first admitting you're wrong. That's very hard. Well, when the sorry is because of something you've done. I don't mean sorry that is said when you're giving condolences. I mean "I'm sorry" that means you've done something wrong. Who likes to be wrong? And admitting it is humbling yourself. Then, you're also expressing regret. It's also opening yourself up to have your words rebuffed if the person you're apologizing to doesn't accept it. So, I'd say the words are very hard. Maybe it's not to people who don't mean it, but I think when you do mean it, they can be hard.

On the contrary. A lot of people just say it without really being sorry. There are some people who feel guilty for nothing at all and promptly say sorry. Some utter the words for keeping the other in good humor. The other combination is 'Thank you'.

it should not be difficult when we are being sincere about it. saying sorry does not make us any less of a person when the act is really called for and we admit to our mistakes. in fact, it makes us a better person. especially when we really learn from our mistakes and try our best not to commit them again. then, let's move on.

Apology is an act of accepting one's fault with humility. This prevent a more complicated conflict in the future.

Yes,I agree with you. If you do something wrong or hurt your friend, you should say sorry to your friend no matter whether you are willing to do it. This may be the best way to make up the gap between you and your friend.
