Are you suffering intense pain from having gall bladder stones? Why don't you try the alternative of surgical remedy - the Gall Bladder Stone Flushing. I tell you, it's effective. The preparation is very simple. All you need is virgin olive oil, lemon juice, epsom salt and apple juice.

If you could let us know the proportions in which each are to be added, it would be helpful. I cannot even think of drinking oil, so do please let me know the quantities of each so that a proper dose can be taken to flush out the stones. Thanks.

1. First 5days, take 3-4 glasses of apple juice. 2. On the sixth day, 12:00nn, no more intake of food. 3. At 6:00pm and 8:00pm, drink a glass of water with 1-1 1/2 teaspoon of epsom salt. 4. At 10:00pm, take 1/2 cup of virgin olive oil and immediately followed by 1/2 cup lemon juice. Relax and Sleep. 5. At 7:00am and 9:00am the following day, drink again a glass of water with 1-1 1/2 teaspoon of epsom salt. Expect bowel movement as early as 5:00am. Use strainer to catch the stones, usually green colored. During this one week therapy, avoid meat and fatty foods. If gall bladder stones are not 100% removed, you can repeat the whole process after a month.

I had my gall bladder removed about 10 years ago, but if I had tried that 'flushing'recipe I would have been in agony as any oil or fat made me so much worse.
I actually went in hospital before the operation to have a procedure to flush the stones but it didn't work and I still needed the surgery.
