It's already September and Christmas is fast approaching. I think it is still the best day of the year or the best event of the year. During this day, everybody is busy preparing their gifts to their love ones, most of us enjoys caroling, some enjoys cooking food for Christmas. Are you prepared with your Christmas wish list? =)

not yet! we're not yet prepared! finances! financial problem! we need more resources for the big event! -- but no!~ hehe it does not matter if you are prepared or not... what's more important is that, you will celebrate the day quietly and peacefully.. especially, it is a celebration of our savior Jesus Christ :)...

I say every year after Christmas passes that we should buy things in with a lot of time to spare and it's always left to a few months before. Luckily we're managing to find time to do this but it's really awkward having to do last minute shopping as people tend to buy what you want to get.
My brother asked me the other day what did I want and I still don't know, for me it's easier to buy for someone else than it is for me. LOL

I have started to prepare for Christmas. I have bought some gifts. I am handicapped and I buy a lot of things from catalogs or on line. My driveway is 175 feet long,so if I want anything delivered it has to be before the snow starts. I have also started a list of things I have to do. Not just for the big day, but to get ready for winter. I have a friend that comes and helps me, and I am not sure how long she will be able to come, so I want to start early. I also am going to have surgery on Nov. 2nd so I won't feel like doing much after that.

I don't have any Christmas list because it's already recorded in my mind and heart! I just buy gifts for my family especially the children. I always make sure that I have a Christmas party with my nephews and nieces since Christmas is for children to be happy.

I love Christmas and the last few years my family have come to spend it with me. I find it helps to buy food items in advance as much as possible a little at a time and of course I'm always on the lookout for gifts. I have a gift for one of my granddaughters but that's not nearly enough.
This year is different. I had a car repair recently that cost me $2600 and I am broke and in debt as a result. I cannot really afford Christmas right now. I may be able to around April next year!

hi shearry,
I am not lost minded for Christmas event. You can think that it is not too fair to get prepared now itself but i do prepare gifts from now it self. From the end of September i start looking for precious gifts which i can give to my dearest friends. I usually do shopping twice or thrice in a week for novelties and gifts. So, i do get some latest and trend products from which i pick the best suits for my friends.
By this i feel relaxed and spend a very cool evenings on the preparation days in December. I give gifts and receive gifts too. Who do not love to have gifts lolzzzzz...
Any ways there is very good number of days to get prepared for Christmas....
Happy Mylotting :-)

I am trying to get prepared. I have been so busy with school lately and I am hoping to get my online store up and running by the middle of the month. I am also making money on here which helps. I am going to see my parents this Christmas and am very excited about that. I have made my gift list already and already know that I will be making my fudge before I leave to Las Vegas for Christmas (my mom loves my fudge and if I do not bring any she will not let me come over, LOL).

Hello there! Honestly, I am not prepared for the Christmas celebration yet. I am so busy with my work and I rarely can find time to do things like shopping and arranging our home for the traditional Christmas decors that ive been doing year after year before, when im still a plain housewife that have plenty of time doing things inside the house.
Before, I have lots of time searching for gifts for my friends, office mates of my husband, our relatives etc. But now, I really can't do it anymore because of a very hectic schedule im having. I do hope that I could have much longer day off so I could do the things I cannot do like shopping for my gifts this coming Christmas and decorating our home for the coming season. Good night!

It's an obsession for me! As early as March, I start saving for Christmas gifts and my own list of things I want to get for the occasion so my family wouldn't get me anything unnecessary. My mother and I literally discuss the Christmas menu for the following year straight after Christmas dinner...we're nuts. And yes, I've already ordered gifts for my loved ones, all I have to do now is pick them up.",)

hi shearry, my christmas giving is rather erratic and I normally give to the family and close friends.
Nope, I haven't come out with a wishlist yet ... still some time to go and waiting to be inspired whilst at the shops.

I love christmas!!! I have not yet prepared any kind of list I am waiting until another two months then I will start looking around. It's an expensive time of the year isn't it? :P I just have to figure out what to get and make the money to actually get them. Can't wait till Christmas, I love the feeling of Christmas and hopefully it will snow lots! I just hate the ice after... :)

dont want to sound corny but i already have my wishlist, my 2 children. the past 2 years i have been pregnant at christmas and i dont really enjoy food when i am pregnant so if i had to say something for my wishlist then it will be FOOD! My husband and i only buy presents for our children and nieces and nephews as we cannot afford anything for us but I've never bothered about presents at christmas anyway I just love being around my family and having a great big meal. x
