Is the internet necessary in our lives? I tell you one thing. I live internet, I breathe internet. Internet is everything. It makes living so wonderful. It gives you free information in almost all aspects of life. Just sit in front of a pc with an internet connection and one could virtually "go and visit" everywhere in the world. Isn't it wonderful? Isn't it fantastic? I wouldn't able to type this right now if not of the net. Answering your interesting question. We are now in the Information Age and the net makes this possible. Open up new possibilities such as in making money, getting to know people that one wouldn't know in the real world, getting mentors, making friends with people all over the world. What else more could we ask for? I know many people would say that with all the goodies that come with the net, there are surely to be some catches. Of course, there are but that's life. Everything has its good as well as bad points. It is our responsibilites to judge what is bad and good and take responsibility for our action. If we make mistakes, get up and try again. One example would be making money online. If one online endeavour fails, find and try another. You would only get wiser and more experience. Never give up. Sure going to hit the bull eye one day. Internet for me, is not a need but a want. The main goal of internet was to disseminate information in an easy and comfortable manner. However, information cannot only be found through internet but also can be found on books. In fact, books are considered a more reliable source compared to those of the internet sources. Hi, I use internet everyday and it has been part of my life activities. I feel handicapped when there is no internet at home. Where I can't check my email,login to facebook to keep in touch with my friend, update my blog,blog hopping and also go to MyLot. All these has been part of my activities at home. I don't think my life will be very much boring without the internet. Yeah,I think Internet is very important to me,too.I usually spend more than 3 hours to surf the Internet on weekdays.And more than 8 hours on weekends.Most of the time when I am online,I go to Mylot,check my mails,watch some videos on Youtube and open the eMule to download something. I won't feel very uncomfortable when I can't surf the Internet for a day or two,though.I'm still a student and I have joined some associations,which means that sometimes I can be very busy when I have a lot of homework to do and need to prepare for some big events.But if I can't surf for a week,then it probably will kill me,lol! I use it everyday. I look for worksheets or lesson ideas to reinforce what i am teaching my students. I shop online to save time. I pay 90% of my bills online. I check my bank account several times a week. I also earn just enough a year through sites like this one to pay for all of my Christmas shopping. I get most of my news online. If i had to cancel my internet, I would be hard pressed to find a way to fill the need with even two other services.

I am disabled and stuck in bed most of the time. If not for the internet I would be truly miserable and possibly end my life. I have built a nice virtual life online and have friends that I can visit with without leaving bed. I am permanently attached to my laptop and even when I have to go out of town I will take my puter with me and go online. I make money online to supplement my disability check and I watch movies online, I play games and visit with friends through email, chat rooms and discussion boards. It helps ease the loneliness caused by my disability. The internet is truly a Godsend in my life and I thank God for it every day!
