hi,tkonlinevn;yes ,i think the diet is very important for your health.You can eat some friuts and vegetables.Doing some exercises is also very necessary.i am too lazy to do it,but i get up early everyday.i often wake up at 6.30 in the morning,because i go to bed before 10.

What you eat is very important, and also detox is just as important, especially if you have eaten food that is not so good. And not eating foods that we are not meant to eat, like pork and shellfish, for these creatures are garbage eaters, so when you eat them, you are putting double garbage in your system.

I exercise daily morning. I drink a glass of normal water after brushing my teeth. then have plain milk with no sugar. have proper breakfast with all nutrients. I drink lot of water, no in between snacking before lunch. I am lucky to have got the chance to eat lunch in time, since I am working from home.
I avoid taking salty or fried snacks as far as possible. I have early dinner and go to bed early to rise early.
I do indulge in fast foods like pizzas or burgers occasionally. but regularly exercise to keep fit.

Diet is an integral part of keeping healthy and in my book a healthy body means a healthy mind. Personally I watch what I eat and I drink a lot of water. I maintain a healthy balanced diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and I also exercise every day to get my heart pumping.

I don't exercise..,I am too lazy to go to the gym or even wake up early in the morning to jog.., But I see to eat that I do sweat out something like in doing some chores at home.., I guess it's a form of exercising to.., and eating healthy foods and avoiding vices..=)
