To windows users, are you addicted to the Refresh button?

Which sort of refresh button did you mean? I suppose not the in-browser refresh button, since they can be found in Ubuntu as well, so I'll take a wild guess... The idle desktop refresh (F5)? Or the explorer (not IE, just file explorer) one?
I can't stop refreshing my desktop, especially when I'm waiting for a piece of software to load.

I am not a linux user. But I will not say I am in habit of using the refresh button in windows. Yes I use that some time. When I feel that my system is running a bit slower. But this is really a good thing to refresh. I don’t know about linux. If this does not have this.

Yes I am addicted of refresh button. Because when I feel any problem on my computer then firstly I refresh the system through refresh. I think mostly persons are like to refresh their systems. I think it refresh the data of secondary memory of systems.

me too using lot of times is it good thing or? actually what is happening when we refreshing our computer?
