Why it is God's Perfect number?
When the fact, SEVEN is an ODD number,
Just Think.
There are SEVEN days a week,SEVEN wonder's of the world, In the Bible you must forgive a person Seventy time Seven(70*7).
Even the word FORGIVE has Seven Letters.
There Where Seven Last words.
The rainbow has SEVEN colors.
Even the word Promise.
Maybe God Designed it..
For Even the word MYSTERY has Seven Letters,
Begin to see all the Seven's in LIFE.

You really pointed out some very interesting occurrences of the number 7! I hadn't thought of some of them! But what would be the significance of the number 7? Is it the number of completion or what?

WEll, that is certainly possible. however, since God created the world in 6 days and only rested on the 7th day... maybe 6 should be the number for completion! lol!

You're right. This is amazing. Think of the things that's connected to number eight. I'm sure you'll find a lot too. As well as number nine and ten. My god, numbers are awesome, aren't they? :)

In the book of Revelation, seven is used all throughout. There are SEVEN churches, SEVEN spirits, SEVEN stars, SEVEN seals, SEVEN trumpets, SEVEN vials, SEVEN personages, SEVEN dooms and SEVEN new things.
SEVEN symbolizes spiritual perfection. Since there are 7 days in the book of Genesis were God made the world, rested on the SEVENTH day - it denotes perfection and completeness.
SEVEN is used over 700 times in the Bible. It is used 54 times in the book of Revelation.
God is PERFECT. This is 7 letters to describe God. =p

It's the last single-digit prime number (a number that can only be divided by itself) before double digits. That could be the reason why.
