No i think this is a myth. Stress doesn't cause acne as well but it can make the acne worst.

Depending on the type of chocolate seleted, different actions take place. I am frightened to eat chocolate because when I started to have one chocolate that not enough for me. I finally stop when I feel that I have been fat, that too with dificulty. But when I eat chocolate I feel stress free and happy. May be due to happiness also, I may grow fat

No, not at all. I think stress gives us acne. For me chocolates make me feel happy especially the very sweets or milk chocolates. It help me relieve my stress and crave for more if i'm tired. So i think it's only a myth. We eat healthy foods so we could always maintain a smooth clear pores in our face making us look younger.
