how can i earn money without having to link a credit or bank account in my paypal account?

I dont think you need to add your bank account/credit card details if you are withdrawing within the threshold limit set by Paypal inorder to remove the limit then you ll need to add the details.

you can't use paypal without adding your bank account as you wont be able to withdraw money from paypal if you get any in it
