Hi! I love chocolates, kids, elders, family members. I've eaten lots and lots of it especially when i need to remove my stress. It helps me think more and makes me happy. Imagine tasting the sweetest chocolates in the country. I just want to ask if you have eaten the most expensive chocolate in the world? From where is that and what ingredients does it have? Please share something about it.

Hi. money4moms. I have never had a really expensive piece of chocolate before. But I have eaten Godiva chocolates and a truffle. These are considered to be very expensive. Chocolate does taste really good and it feels good to eat it. Only sparingly though!

the most expensive chocolate is made by a chocolatier named Fritz Knipschildt. It costs $2,600 per pound or $250 a piece. it is a dark chocolate truffle with a French black truffle and is available on a pre-order basis only. It is made of 70% Valrhona cacao.

I know I haven't eaten the most expensive chocolates in the world. But I have eaten some high quality ones that, of course, aren't dirt cheap. Specifically, chocolates from Patchi. I just love them! I love going to their shop and just marvelling at the chocolate arrangements that they offer. Patchi is a chocolate shop originally from Lebanon. Now, there are shops all over the world. They make high-quality chocolate treats that are just melt-in-your-mouth. I see you're Pinoy. There will be a Patchi shop soon to open in Bonifacio High Street, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig. I can't wait for it to open! You gotta try it out when it opens. (FYI: Kris Aquino likes Patchi, too! )

Hi money4moms, I haven't actually eaten the most expensive chocolate in the world but I have eaten more upmarket , expensive chocolate. I have found that if you eat more expensive, better quality chocolate that you actually don't want/need to eat so much of it as it is so rich that a smaller amount satisfies you. I do sometimes buy Greens dark chocolate and find that just a couple of squares satisfies my chocolate craving :o) But then there are times that I just want to eat chocolate...and lots of it, so I then go for a cheaper option - it's still yummy !
