glorgeousmom the most expensive chocolate is made by a chocolatier named Fritz Knipschildt. It costs $2,600 per pound or $250 a piece. it is a dark chocolate truffle with a French black truffle and is available on a pre-order basis only. It is made of 70% Valrhona cacao.
