I often heard among philosophers or religious advocates among others who contend that each one of us has our own purpose of existence, do you believe on this ? Have you ever evaluated or is it known to you your purpose in this life ? I can't find one reason why existed yet.. lol. how bout you ?

It looks like you are heading towards a zone of uncertainty, uncertainty about the purpose of our journey. I had doubts also. And He taught me great lessons by putting our little angel in trouble - it was a temporary problem, which she had to face for nearly two days. We were concerned. We were anxious. We could do nothing but to visit the doctors and follow their advices. And I would pray to God for her early recovery. Do you ask me to believe I don't have a purpose in this life? We do not live for ourselves, for sure! We have no other purpose but for the concern about other family members. I love them. I am deeply concerned for all of them. Each day I pray to God for their well being. I can continue my work peacefully, if they are happy. This includes my immediate family members, friends, colleagues, even some online friends. I want to see people around me happy. Because this is what makes me the happiest person. This is the purpose of our journey towards the eternity.

If you do not have a purpose in life, then why would you want to continue to exist? Everyone needs to contribute something to society, to their family, to their job, to their House of Worship, or to their school. If you are young, you purpose is to get an education so that you can contribute back to society in some way. If you have finished school, then there are countless ways in which you can fulfill a purpose. Find it. Your purpose can change many times in life, because you change. You acquire more life skills. It is very difficult question if it is to be aksed to oneself. Just because our goals in life keep changing. So deciding the purpose of my life is very difficult. It is not that I have never thought about this subject, but I have never been serious about this question. After all I think that the purpose of my life is to enjoy the life in whatever way it comes to me and be a GOOD HUMAN...

Very few of us are meant for greatness or a huge impact on the world. We are here to help others along, perhaps some of the great ones. For instance, you might give someone a smile or say a kind word and that person will change their mind about killing themself. They may go on to have a child that will do something great for mankind and you, by that one little act, made it possible. We affect others and our job is to work to make those effects positive.

You have such a noble mission in this life and I am glad that you were able to fulfill it, a few of us can achieve what you are doing right now, I wish I could also serve like what you do. I admire you for doing such a thing!

I asked that question when I was 20 years old, found it, and never turned back. Sometimes I just thank God that he opened my eyes and I've enjoyed so many wonderful blessings. I also had my fair share of trials but I can say as I look back on my life that I have no regrets.

Yes, I do believe in that. I don't know what my purpose in life is yet, but for now it is to love and cherish and inspire those whom I love and those that are my friends. to help them when they are in need..I will try to do this to the best of my ability. But hopefully none of this will change even if I do find my true purpose in life.

Your ability to see why you exist is directly related to how old you are. If your perspective is that you have a lot more life to look back on than forward to you can, if you choose to look, see what your purpose was. I do believe we all have a purpose. Consider the odds of you being here from a pure biological stand point and you must surely see that you, as you are today, had a reason for existing. For your parents to come together at just the right time and you were produced out of millions of possibility it is not likely that it was pure chance. Understanding what your purpose is will never be straight forward. No matter who we are we all have an influence on others. Some will be positive others will be negative but every person we come in contact with that we get to know is influenced by us. In some cases that can be a major influence in that persons life and cause them to take a completely different direction in life. If your vision of influence is someone that has done great things with their life you are looking in the wrong place. They may do great things for them but have very little direct influence on others. The important thing to remember is we all count and how we interact with others makes all the difference in what our influence is and what our purpose is. When you were born you no doubt made your parents very happy. As you grew you may have had tremendous influence on your siblings. These things were so very important because without you that would never have happened.

Lots of times! I'm actually quite bored with asking myself that same question over and over though! I guess I'm never really going to find an answer that makes some kind of sense. I just go about my daily life in hopes that an answer will suddenly dawn on me but I guess that's just a dream. I think that there are a lot of people that kind of hope that there is something after this life and I'm definitely one of them! I have been lost for many years and I'm 35 years of age so if I have not found an answer now then I guess I'm never really going to find an answer. I just get on with doing what I enjoy and that is regular cycling as well as swimming. Andrew

I think it is important to turn the word into a plural. We have many purposes in life and any given purpose can rise in the moment or future. IMHO, eric

" To me, there is only one form of human depravity the man without a purpose" A life without a purpose is life wasted. Without purpose their lives ultimately wander into morass of dissatisfaction. The purpose of life then, is to lead a life if purpose and it's meaning is to give life meaning. But what is meant by purpose and meaning? they simply mean the "the big picture", vision, chief, aim or core values that all other goals are subordinate to. Our purpose is the path we follow, it's a broad paintbrush that colors all areas of our life. When all personal goals (career, family, etc) are designed with our purpose, the will be authentic being with integrity.

Purpose of life in the earth is cultivate yourself to obtain good result for eternal and peaceful life. We are sent here by God. God has sent us here in this earth to build up ourselves. Basically two ways are here, one is bad and another is good. It's up to you which one you will select.
