Which do you prefer ? Online shopping or in-store shopping ? Personally, I prefer both because it depends on what kind of item/product that I want to buy. For those item that I cannot find in local store then will go online to get it. Mostly will use online store for comparison of prices before getting it from store. What is your preference ?

for me, buying in store is better. first, because you have a first hand look of the product. Second, because you can attest the quality at the very same moment. Third, you can fit the clothes and can test products. Buying online for me is somehow scary. You are not sure if the quality is good. You are not sure if they will send you the product. you are not sure, and it makes me more paranoid. :p

Most of the people who do not do online shopping are due to the concerns that you have brought out. That is true when we are not sure of the product quality, have no confidence in the seller. More importantly you have to pay first before the seller actually send the item...

There are advantages and disadvantages of shopping online and in stores. I can say that i prefer shopping in-store for this will help me choose the best of what im gonna buy. I see the product and the quality of the item. While online shopping can be easy to find an item with a cheaper price or an item that is not sold in our stores but chances are when being shipped the item might not be in good condition so a week or two in delivering it to us and then we will have to wait for another week to return and receive another new item that is good. Will be very time consuming..

Yes, I totally agree with your point of view. I had the experince as you said. Very time consuming to wait for the replacement with a close follow up.

I really like buying online. Most of the sites where I purchase things are well known, so they are rputable, and I don't worry about the product being subpar. There are things I would prefer to shop in person, like clothes. I want to try them on, see the material in person, and get a good idea of how I feel about it in person. I don't want to buy clothes and then have to ship them back. So I prefer to buy those in person.

I still prefer in-store shopping for it is too risky to buy products online. Buying in a store is safer because you can see the actual appearance of the product. You can check if there is a damage and you can also fit or try it. One reason also why I prefer buying on a store is that there is an immediate gratification in which you can wear or use the item immediately unlike buying online that you will be waiting for several days to get the product. Although it will take you a lot of time and effort in shopping on store, well your effort is compensated for you are sure that you are satisfied with what you bought.

It's true. In order to play safe, better go for in-store shopping to get the real things in real time..

_for me, i prefer in-store shopping. why? because of the difference of looking at it and touching it personally. if i dont want the quality and style, i can just say that i dont wanna buy it. its true that there is a big difference when it comes to the price on online shopping but with exchange to its physical. the products bought online may not satisfy you personally when you receive it...so i prefer in-store no matter reasons for buying online.

Yes, sometime the items on the online shop are over promoted and the picture show is too beautiful to be true. It is always safe to buy in-store.

Personally, I prefer store shopping. Store shopping is more advantageous, because for me it helps to choose the best of what i'm gonna buy. If it is in store shopping you can touch and feel the product and most of it you can assure that you buy the product that you really want. And i am the customer that if I want the product I want that I can get it already and not having waiting for it. thats the benefits in buying in store

We can control the flow of the purchase if we choose in-store shopping. Better than buying insurance for the item to be shipped....

Yes, there are very good stores online these days, and they are selling products from around the world. But, still, I prefer to in-store shopping as you say. I like to see the item right in front of my own eyes first, and have the feel of it before deciding to buy it. I guess I am still a bit old-fashioned. I may have to go on online shopping in the future !

Most likely this will become the trend in the future but it won't 100% replace the current consumer behaviour. Some items we still need to have real touch and feel before we decide to buy.

I like to shopping in store. Because I have no credit or debit card. So I am not able to shopping via online. I think online shopping is very easy. And you no need to go anywhere and you can shopping online but for this only one thing you need and that is credit card.

I prefer shopping in-store because I get to see exactly what I might be buying. I can feel the material and can try many different items. Store shopping is very fun. You can call some friends along and get their opinions. Store shopping has a lot more advantages than online shopping.

Most of us here are conservative shoppers as we want to see the real item in front of us.

I prefer in-store shopping because I didn't experience yet shopping online. But the reason also why I prefer in-store shopping is because I personally see the product I want to buy. I can try it and I can also check if there's a damage in it. Another thing is I can already use it immediately. Regarding on the price of a certain product, whether it is less expensive in the store or online, I know myself, I won't buy it as long as it is quite expensive. Especially if it's not that important.

Hi Chinne, nothing much I can say further but to 100% agree with your points. The online shop is booming now and for sure sooner you will get the online shopping experience....

Well if I have to choose between the two, I would prefer in-store shopping. Products in the store can be feel and even checked to get assurance that the product is in good condition. Besides this, you can immediately get or buy the product, just pay in the cashier and then you are free to go with your purchase. If ever you found any defects then you could approach any of the personnel there and ask for possible assistance. In in-store shopping you are able to enjoy the surrounding and able to socialize with people as well, this is why if we are talking about experiences, in-store shopping would be the best choice.
