American idol is not the same without Simon. He was one of the reasons i watched the show. you just never knew what would happen next or what he would say. I will miss him on American Idol. Nobody can take his place.@bautistaanna04 (306)

even if they replace him with someone who comments like Simon, we will still miss the Simon we are always wanting to watch.

American Idol without Simon wont be the same. The factor which makes the show appealing to the viewers is because of the constructive criticisms that Simon makes. The show will be a lot more different than it used to be.

yeah.
my friends and i are always looking forward to Simon's comments aside from the amazing singers. but now that there's no Simon in American Idol, what we have been always looking forward to will be lessen.
the excitement will be not the same for us.

No more Simon. No Paula. Just Randy and...Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler? Doesn't sound very fun to me. I'm not a Jennifer Lopez fan. It's kind of weird that she's a judge on a show that's based on singing well when she doesn't even sing well herself. How can she tell people that they aren't good when she herself was dropped from her music label? At least that's what I heard. Steven Tyler is pretty cool though.

yeah, i even heard from my friend that Randy's also leaving. don't know when. Hope it'll still be exciting with it's new set of judges.

i don't think that the show is going to last very long without Simon. He was the controversial voice that the show needed to keep up viewer interest. I don't see that being replaced by JLo
