time moves really fast
soon it'll be december and my girl's moving out of the country to pursue her dream while i'm left behind to work
the distance is gonna be vast
i'll be lonely but unlike in the past where i racked up the phone bill, i'll be able to connect with her anytime i want through SKYPE
skype is a really great innovation and god should send whoever perfected it to heaven immediately for making this product available and making long distance relationships easier to bear

I love Skype. It's great when you have to talk to people long distance. Say you want to see someone, but you can't see them face-to-face, Skype helps people do that.

hi chipesterkhan I feel so sad for so many of you who now have to hav e
long distance relationships because better paying jobs are found in other countries but if you can use skype that really will be huge help as phone bills can really escalate.Yes I can see that this will make it
much easier to bear being separated.Too bad you cannot join her.good
luck for both of you and G od bless you both.

Yes that is true. Skype bridges really. They do this well. I use skype but also other messengers. I also use yahoo and gtalk. This is not a bad idea to have alternates. I think all are doing a good job. After all are free and worthy. I love them all. As they are the better communication medium online.

I agree. Skype is a fantastic program and the best part is that it is FREE for computer to computer use. Have to say it was great when my husband and I were living in different cities while we were dating. It was difficult for both of us but we could see each other every day with skype which make all the difference. It was great :)

Skype is helping people around the world for keeping in touch easily and conveniently. It is a wonderful program. I have been very happy using it in keeping in touch with my friends and relatives, far far away.

Skype is great, but I don't quite like the fact that if you're on a good connection and your computer's fast they tend to use your computer to route calls (in the background when Skype is open). That causes both my connection and my computer to lag.
I actually prefer using Windows Live Messenger and GTalk to chat, especially GTalk. For voice alone, GTalk gave me better and more stable quality compared to Skype. Still, I do thank Skype for opening the market in the first place. If they weren't the pioneers then we wouldn't have such programs to talk via the Internet in the first place.
