why do blogspot invalidate my PTC banner blog

in 4 months i created two blogs for my PTC banner sites and they invalidated it two times, i don't know why they closed it down and i need them to reverify it. whta is the problem i dont understand. here i see many mylotters using blogspot to publish their referrals banner links to earn more referrals. Does anyone knows answer

Blogger considers those to be spam blogs. Not everyone that has one seems to get noticed for it, it seems. But, creating a blog just to drive traffic to your sites and earn referrals is against their content policy. Here is the relevant paragraph:
"Spam: Spam takes several forms in Blogger, all of which can result in deletion of your account or blog. Some examples include creating blogs designed to drive traffic to your site or to move it up in search listings and posting comments on other people's blogs just to promote your site or product."
