do you eat in the morning?

Even since i was a little girl my parents forced me to eat something every morning and the same hate i have for breackfast now as i did then..I know that it suppose to be the most important meal of a day, but i can't do it..Usually after a cigarette and a glass of water i'm ready to go and face the day..But i know that this unhealthy style will not last forever.. Do you have the same problem?

Actually, breakfast is one of the hardest meals for me to eat. It is not the food, it is the time. For as long as I can remember, eating before 10am has made me feel nauseated and tired. Even as a kid I had difficulty eating in the mornings. If I'm hungry and feel like I can't wait, I will eat toast, but anythng more than that, I feel sick.

I am not alone! I have to wait at lease 3 hours after waking to eat or I'll be sick.i don't snack all day . I just have one large meal at night and then maybe a snack later.

i once hated it too, but now it doesn't seem like a waste of time anymore :) , i wake up feeling my stomach roaring at me and i have to eat :) i guess i got used to eating in the morning and when i don't i feel weak. Have a nice day!

Yes..sometimes i think that starting is the most difficult step, and that in time will become a habbit, and seem natural. Have a nice myplotting :)

I don't see it as a problem ,I see it as the way I live . If the Food Nazis don't like it , they can take a flying f2ck at rolling Donut! Sorry I had to rant. Ok. I'm done . In other words I Never have breakfast. I was lucky, my mom never forced me to have breakfast. She let me eat When I wanted to eat. I think she was happy to see me eat Anything. she once told me as a baby I wouldn't eat. She was worried she took me to the doctor . He said I was getting what I needed so she let me eat When I was hungry. If I eat first thing in the morning I will get sick to my stomach. So if my mom had forced me to eat breakfast, I would have been too sick to go to school or to work now. So Everytime I hear a person saw I Must eat breakfast , it is the most important meal of the day , I just plainly say , then I skip the most important meal of the day. If you think I'll die sooner , oh well! I rather die sooner and eat what I want , When I want than eat when you say I Have it and live longer

I am the same way. I also don't do well with eating meals. I am a snacker. I eat a little all day long. Fruits, vegis, sandwiches, and the occassional junk food. I get bored sitting down to eat "proper" meals.

We all have heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and yet a lot of people don't eat breakfast. I always eat breakfast. I never used to though. Since I have been eating healthier as I am getting older and need to watch, I have been eating breakfast every day and it makes such a big difference in how I feel all day. It gives me more strength throughout the day. I don't get as tired as easily. I sometimes don't eat much but have to have a little in my stomach. Sometimes I will have cereal or a fried egg and toast or sometimes I only have a piece of toast with peanut butter. It's good to eat a protien with a carb for breakfast because it will keep you full longer. I also take vitamins every day and since it isn't good to take them on an empty stomach, they can't digest without food, I need to eat breakfast so I can take them. Another benefit of eating breakfast is that once the food hits your stomach it starts up your metabolism and you start burning calories. Everyone wants to burn calories as that is what makes us healthy. Cheers my friend, Chris

Eating in the morning...It definitely IS the most important meal fo the day. It's what keeps you going throughout the morning and until lunchtime. It's also good for your metabolism to eat in the morning, I guess. (SO i've heard). I have a different thing every day usually. Today I had oatmeal & raisins, which wasn't bad.! lol

nope i don't have such a problem.that is really an unhealthy breakfast style ioana.you should change that habit and at least give your body something to eat at morning.i eat food for my breakfast and if i in such a hurry then a glass of water is must to me.but this is so rarely happen to me.breakfast is important to me.with breakfast i can stand myself not eating for the whole noon till dinner.but this is not good too~i don't do this for at least i'll let myself to eat something at noon.

I try to eat breakfast every morning. If I don't eat I get hungry before it's lunchtime. My son always eats breakfast in the morning and I have to fix it for him so I just fix something for both of us and we eat breakfast together most of the time.

I don't usually have breakfast, I sometimes have something lite before 11am but I generally eat after 12 as I'm always hungry. I haven't noticed any difference, as on holiday I did eat breakfast and I was hungry by time it came to 12. It would be nice to find time to have breakfast with my kids, that would one of the only reason I would unless I hungry of course.

I have breakfast everyday, actually it is the most important for me. After a whole night I need more energy, otherwise I will not go to work or go shopping. You should eat healthy food in every morning.

When I was in school, I do not eat breakfast. Because my school was far away, had to leave early. My parents did not have time to make breakfast. Until now I do not eat breakfast, because breakfast is not accustomed. Sometimes I accompanied my husband and son breakfast. But I am more often than breakfast, with warm sweet tea only.

I just usually don't eat breakfast when I'll be late with my appointment/s. However, I still prefer eating even just a small meal in the morning. One thing I never forget though is drinking my mug of coffee. When I can no longer eat my breakfast at home I do it in the office. When I was still a student I bring sandwich and eat it on my way to school. I get dizzy and headache when I don't eat meals int the morning.

i rarely do it since my shift starts at around 5:45 am and finishes at 2 pm. My breakfast would be eating at around 9-10 am but they say its better to eat in the morning so now i eat even a little. sometimes i eat a slice of bread or banana. then drink milk.

You are leading an unhealthy life style. Breakfast is very essential for healthy living. Skipping breakfast is the main reason for heart diseases, ulcer, gastric problems etc. Don't you know smoking is very dangerous for health? It is the main reason for lung cancer. Empower yourself and your health.

Of course, I eat in the morning depending on how I get out of bed. I mostly find myself eating late in the morning or in the afternoon. I practically have a habit of eating breakfast in the afternoon because I don't have the energy like most people who get up daily. I sometimes would sleep over until the afternoon.

I usually do but not recently. I have a sleeping disorder so I sleep late and am not hungry when I get up. In the summer I eat fruit and/or cereal and snack through out the day. Snacking is best. Keeps your metabolism up and energy too.

When I was in the province, I always eat in the morning because it is a practice there. But I am here in the city. I sometimes eat in the morning but most of the time just drink coffee and a bread...is enough Have a nice day!

I used to skip breakfast when I was working. I wanted to sleep later more than eat. I am on disability now, and no longer have to get up for work, so I usually will have a bowl of cereal. I don't eat a lot for breakfast because I am just not hungry and the times I did eat a big meal I felt awful the rest of the day.

hi, well,its the breakfast that's important.Take some light food like sandwich or egg.Heavy or light breakfast,it's ok as long as you eat something.You might think you don't need it but your body does.If your stomach got a voice,i'm sure it says"get me something to eat or i'll get out of here.Think about it.

Yes I do; I believe breakfast is the most important meal for you to be energetic. Well I don't smoke and I drink plenty of water though.
