I am a User of Linux`s Ubuntu

I have used Ubuntu. Its sleek, its updated with most drivers and most importantly its free. So I like this OS. I faced some problem to configure my ISP's connection otherwise it is very useful for Internet and office use. On the other hand Windows 7 is simply great. In a single word its awesome. The only negative point for Windows 7 is the price tag associated with it.

I am both of Windows XP and Ubuntu linux. But failed establish net work connection in Ubuntu. So for net working I am using XP other time I am using Ubuntu.

The interface in Ubuntu now resembles a Mac OS more and more. Not quite sure if I like the direction they are going with that. However, there's no real difference for me between using Ubuntu and Windows 7 for me now (out of curiosity, what version of Ubuntu are you using?). That said, I don't think there is such a thing as a "best OS." It's based on more on what you would use the OS for than anything else. For me, Ubuntu is great when I want to tinker with my computer or test out new programs and features. For everything else, I use Windows.

I use both, but most of time I use windows. Linux is sometimes so complicated. To Install Java it takes a lot of works..

Ya i have used windows and linux.But i would prefer windows for user simplicity or what we call "user friendly".Linux is better in terms of GUI and is also better. Linux is better in terms of security compared to windows.Hope this helps. Have a nice day!! ":)

i never used Linux, But i'm very happy with Windows..mostly because is the only one i had ever used. Sorry for not being more heplful
