have heard from the Witness protection plan yesterday
As most of you know in May I was bitten badly by a Dog, who tried to attack my Gissi
Since then the Woman has been harassing me, by having a go at me, telling me she is glad I am scarred for life and have problems with my Leg, she has set her mind and told People that I kicked her Dog that is why he bit me, she crosses to my side of the Road when she sees me with Gissi with her Dog, apart from the first incident I have totally ignored her, I am not well enough to take more of it
The call came last Night, I was informed that her and her Partner are appearing in Court on Wednesday 29th September, my Friend Jean got the same call as she was there when it all happened
If they plead Guilty the charge will made there and then, if they plead 'Not Guilty' which I believe she will, as she refused to go on the neighbourly Solution, it will be going to the Magistrate Court and I also Jean will have to appear as Witnesses
I know that she will plead not guilty as she has got it in her head that I kicked her dog and that is why he bit me and her Friends are saying the same, they told my Neighbour that the dog bit me because I kicked him, my Neighbour put the Person straight My Neighbour also told this Guy, if he knew me and saw me how I am with Dogs they would see for themselves that I am not a Person to kick Dogs
I was asked what Dates I would not be able to make so of course I told them from 30thSeptember - 5th October I am with my Son and Daughter in Doncaster, after that I should be ok but I also informed the Lady that I am not very well at the moment because of my Lungs so if I taken in there is nothing I can do, she said that is no problem at all as the Court will consider that and it would be adjourned, I am hoping she will plead Guilty but I know she won't as she has it in her Head she is the Victim, not to the fact that her Dog was on the loose again without any one there and that this is the second time her Dog was out alone and attacked my Gissi
I am pleased that this case has not been ignored like I thought it would be
What do you think she will plead

Hiya gabs,
I have read all that above. It looks like she could plead innocent and say that you kicked the Dog so he bit you. This is not the case and I know it as I have come so close to being bitten by a Dog in England countless times.
We lived in a Street where it was full of Dogs that liked to bite and they were loose all Day long.
When I took my Son out to Work with me in a Morning and leave him at the Childminders we walked always on our side of the Road and at least three Dogs would come out of one House in particular and try to bite us.
My Son was petrified of them but I grabbed his hand tight and just kept walking on the same side of the Street.
Every Morning I was literally praying that we would not get bitten by those savage Dogs although we did come close to it.
Not only that two Doors down there was another Dog that bit as well and we had another two to get past after that.
If you can call us lucky I never made a complaint as the Street where we lived has always been conflictive anyway.
Getting out of there every working Day morning was a journey of fear of being bitten.. I did look at one Dog that came very close to us and I stood up to him and he went back with his tail between his legs. I don´t hate Dogs their owners should lock them up at the very least if they are so wild and savage.
So I hope you win she can say what she likes as long as you stand up for yourself the best way you can with your truth I am sure that you will win in spite of what she says.
No one goes to kick a Dog. I never tried to kick those blessed Dogs either they used to chase after me every morning.
So I hope you do win for all those that suffer this kind of thing in silence and for fear of reprisals.
Good luck Gabs you tell them.

Hi there lovinangelinstead
Those Dogs are that way because their Owners have made them that way and it is so sad it really is
I am so surprised that this was in Germany, the Law is so strict there about Dogs, but again if no one reports it then nothing will be done
It is wrong that you and your little one had to live like that
Why can People not treat their Dogs properly so that they do not turn out like this
I certainly will tell them believe me
I adore Dogs I have always had a dog and mainly rescue Dogs including my little Gissi now and they all turned out the most loving and faithful Dogs anyone can find

Hiya Gabs,
Did things go well for you? I don´t see you around on here saying anything about it yet so that´s why I am asking you now if it went well. Hope so.
I know that you would stand up and tell them as well.
See you around and let´s see how it all went for you. Hope things are okay.

I think it is pretty obvious when this person (cannot call her a lady) made such and effort to convince her neighbors and friends that the whole incident was your fault she will definitely plead "not guilty".

Well like most people they just can not believe that their beloved pet would do anything unprovoked, so I do thunk she will plead not guilty. Plus she is just an arrogant mean woman. She has taunted you, she not only came across to you in the streets she's had the nerve to come to your door if I remember right. She said that you were lying.

Hi Moon
Yes she did and I know she will plead not guilty but the Court is also aware now that I am registered disabled which they did not know
I will just have to wait and see but everything is falling on my head again, I have found something out by accident yesterday ( not to do with this) and I am angry and worried but can't do anything till it comes to light
Big Hugs

Gaby, I would try not to worry about the thing with that lady you have a strong case and witnesses. She has nothing except her thoughts on the matter.
I sure hope whatever else has you worried will clear it self up and be nothing for you to worry over. hugs...

I don't think I would keep a dog as aggressive as this one seems to be!!! If I did, it sure wouldn't be running loose to terrorize the neighborhood!!!! Just from her actions alone, I see her as being an aggressive person herself & it is my humble opinion that she's trained the dog to be aggressive simply by her own actions!!! Didn't this dog try & bite somebody else that you know??? If so, can they not testify as to how aggressive this dog is???? I would hate to hear that this dog will be put down because I don't think it is the dog's fault he is like he is. However, I do feel he should be removed from that home for his own safety!!! As I've said before, the owner is a wacko, so the dog doesn't have a chance!!!! GOOD LUCK with the court. If justice isn't blind, I feel anyone can see that you would in NO WAY ever kick a dog...any dog...unless it was attacking you!!!

Hi there LadyM
No he tried to go for the Dog Warden when he picked him up 2 weeks before this incident and from what I understand he tried to bite one of the Police Women that went round there the first time
I was in no fit state to kick him, I pushed him with my injured Leg to try and get him of Gissi and that was after I tried to separate them by hand and couldn't

Hi there Gabs,
Well, finally they are doing something about this! I know the courts everywhere are backlogged. I am sure you can't wait to get this done and over with. I think you probably have her pegged right...she will no doubt plead "not guilty" which will only drag things out further, unfortunately. You have a clear cut case so no worries. Whether or not you kicked the dog is not even an issue and the fact that she would try to use that story as her defense is just going to make her look ridiculous. The fact is that her dog was loose and unrestrained and attacked you and your Gissi. Even if you had kicked that dog (and I'm sure that you didn't) in an attempt to protect your dog, you would still be in the right. If her dog had been on a leash to begin with then she would have had some control over him and he would not have been able to attack you and your dog as he did. She is 100% in the wrong. I hope that you get your med bills paid for and also get a hefty chunk for the scarring as well as all the emotional pain this crazy woman has caused you. Also make sure she has to pay for all court costs. You are going to win this, Gabs!

Hi gabs, Since you know this woman and how she has acted before, I think your feeling that she will plead not guilty is very likely to be correct. It is unfortunate that she has refused to take responsibility but hopefully the truth will come our in the end. Blessings.

hi gabs oh I am glad that they did pursue this. I doubt if that Bit@hy witch or witchy Bit@h will plead guilty as her kind never do. but She will lose I just know in my heart she will and that will be just
great for you and little Gissi too. I just hope meantime she does not
let that dog on the loose so it will bite some innocent little child
and really hurt it. A shame she made her dog vicious like that, I really think that few dogs are born vicious but are made that way by the way they are treated. I do hope she gets what is really coming to her and to that you do not wear yourself out when testifying.take care of you and my pal Gissi too.loveya both hugs from hatley

Unless this horrible woman has at least one sensible person around her to give her advice I would imagine she will probably plead ‘not guilty’ because she’s got it in her sick head that you were at fault by kicking her dog. I hope it will soon be over for you gabs and it would be nice if you never had to see this idiot again but that they may not be possible if she lives in your area. She should not be able to get away with harassing you though! I'm glad to hear that the case is not being ignored so let’s pray that justice will be done! Take care...

Hi Gabs and Gissi...I do believe that she will plead not guilty unfortunately. She, like you pointed out, probably believes in her mind that she is the victim and her dog was doing nothing wrong. Unfortunately, she is wrong as her dog was off leash and hopefully the judge will not excuse her for that. I know you well enough to know that you never kicked any dog. You were just trying to protect Gissi from harm as would anyone would. At least all this will be behind you soon and I'm sure things will go in your favor. Love to you both J

Hi Sweetie
The Judge will not look well at it that the Dog was not just of the lead but also on his Own as he apparently got out and no one bothered to look for him
2 weeks before that he was on the Field and attacked Gissi and a couple of other Dogs again on his own
Love to you all

This kind of person would never say "I'm guilty" or "I'm sorry". I have met people like this, even if I wish I didn't. They think they are always right, no matter what have really happened. I hope this lady will receive what she deserve.
I don't know the story from the begining, but I'm sure she will try to intimidate you again. Please don't let her make you and Gissi suffer any more.

People believe what they want to believe, and the longer they tell themselves something, the more true it becomes to them. Stay strong. I'm sure the magistrate will see the ludicrousness of the charge.

Hi Gabs,
I'm sure everyone here knows that she will plead not guilty, and try to thrust the blame onto you. Just make sure you bring your witnesses with you, if possible, and any documents you need. Weren't there reports on her after this happened too? I would get copies of everything. And try to write down any times she has harrassed you or if the police were called. I would do everything in my power to see this woman get what is due to her.
Bring a picture of Gissi to court and show them how tiny he is and that he is who you were protecting. She can't possibly win this case.

Hi there Kash
I am actually there as a Witness and so is Jean
If it gets out of hand that is when things get tougher all the paperwork from the Police is already there including where the Dog tried to bite one of the Police Women that went round that Day and I guess they will have also got hold of the Dog Warden that picked the Dog up 2 weeks before my incident
I have still got the Photographs so has the Police so it will all be there
Hugs to you
