If you want to withdraw money from Paypal to your bank account then you will have to first link your bank account or credit or debit card to your Paypal account. It is called verification. If you want to buy stuff online then some online merchants require you to have a verified Paypal account. In case you don't have a credit card. you can buy a prepaid Virtual Credit Card. It works the same way as a normal Credit card but you can never actually touch the card. It also has to be used the first time within 24 hours of being issued and expires in an year or so. Maybe up to 5 years on some cards.
