Which come, come first? Success??? or Happiness???

Everyone is searching for success, happiness, fulfillment, or a sense of purpose in their lives. Many people unfortunately have not learned that putting the cart before the horse does not answer their dream of lasting happiness and meaningful life. Many people have choose and found financial and career success has discovered there is something substantial missing in their lives, success although a working goal is no guarantor of happiness, peace and inner balance....
In your point of view... Which come first? success? or happiness? What values and philosophy will ensure a life worth living?

I agree with you Lore 2009, we should value what we have and love it to fulfill the true essence of the happiness..

In some or the other manner success brings you happiness as happiness doesn't last for long with anyone if you don't feel the movement of being sorrow you would never feel the feeling of being happy but success remains with you forever you can proudly say that you have achieved this...so success comes first.

he mustafarox, I don't agree that success comes first but thanks for the comment I really respect you're opinion on that, but for me how can you call yourself successful if you're not happy, in addition for you we better love and value what we are doing and what we have to fulfill the happiness in our life...Happy mylotting

Many of us as we are younger dream and wish for lots of money with the illusions that it will make us successful. As we get older we come to the realization that unless we have happiness no amount of money would ever make us happy unless we truly have the happiness. As my feeling is that money cannot buy happiness as happiness it truly a full-fulfillment.

Yeah you're right hardworkinggurl, we know that money play the vital role of our daily living but we should realize the importance of happiness that no one can but this. As a person, we should value the things that we make us happy and be thankful that they come in our life to fulfill the true essence of the happiness that we feel.

Thanks for the comment miner49r in addition to your comment is this " If you have to like something to do it well, then most successful people will all like what they do...which is not to say you have to spend all of your time working...To be happy I think you have to be doing something you enjoy, but admire. It's hard to find work you love...
