Do you feel welcome at mylot?

Can I ask are You new to being online or on social networking sites? When I got online first,for Me,the killer App was Internet chat through providers like AOL,I then moved on to IRC,and now such activities have developed into the social Networking sites such as facebook,and discussion sites like Mylot..I LOVE how people from all over the world can meet online and share common interests,and discuss them..coming from that background,there was never a feeling of being an outsider here..Your input on a subject under discussion is always welcome as fresh viewpoints can create new discussions,as opposed to those who simply chime in with "I Agree" or "I don't think so"..it's a case of "The more,the Merrier.."

Yes, I also feel free here at mylot. But, unlike you, I knew from the start that I could speak my mind freely here. As long as I did not touch some other people's nerves, I'd be okay. Sure, there are those who disagree with what you think, and some get rude, but, in the end, that's what a discussion is all about. It gets more exciting that way, I guess.

I was also a bit hesitant when I started with mylot. I would just post one to two liners as response to discussions. But then as I spend more time here, I was able to express myself more and I find that I am now able to make long responses without much effort. Its like being able comfortable talking with a friend. Most of the mylotters are really nice so it made it easy for me to be more open about my thoughts

Mylot is a wonderful place!i am glad you got more comfortable here today! That is great! I have found very little trouble here. Most people are courteous and kind. I also am careful which discussions I respond to though. If I think it could get nasty I don't get involved that has saved me a lot of trouble!

I think most of us with this type of personality, i mean being silent type, we observe first before we make a move. Just like you, i was unsure that the people here will welcome me. This will be the first site that a wide range of nationality that i will i be interacting with. So i did a few observations on how they respond to discussions first and how the post discussions. The posting of new ones were difficult at first so it also took me time to do it. It's just this lately i have been doing new discussions, when in fact i have been here for quite sometime. It feels good knowing that all of us are welcome here. No matter what our religion may be or our races are..all are welcome here. That's why i love going back to mylot!

Hi.... have you try receiving payout in MYLOT... I'm just wondering if this system really works... I have been looking up ways on how to earn extra money.. and i hope this MYLOT is one way for me to earn extra money

Yes I think that mylot is great for everyone. I think its a very welcoming place because anyone can write anything they want. They can ask for advice they can tell about what they learned. Its awesome. Some people go out of their way to thank every single person that comments on their discussion but I do not do that. Mylot doesnt like that. They want discussions not just a thank you. The thank you people get for leaving comments is being paid. If I have something to add after someone leaves me a comment on one of my discussions then I write it but I never just leave a comment if all I have to say is thank you for responding.

Hello and welcome to mylot. Well,it's how newbie feels,same as i do when i was newbie here. I don't even know what to do becoz the one who referred me here is not active,so,i don't have anyone to asks about this site. Then,i just keep reading discussion,and later also tried to start topics and make friends. Now,i never knew that i been here for a year and still enjoying this site very much. I never felt bored here,and i always like having inter-action with other mylotters and still making friends with new ones too. Good to know that you love mylot and enjoyed it here. It's the non-stressful environment here in myLot I first encountered that made me wanna stay. When you feel welcomed it makes penning down our thoughts light and easy. I'm sure you do feel this way too. That's the beauty of myLot.

Yes ellyse I share your thoughts fully. When I was new on the site I was taken aback to see the members here were having one is to one and personal discussions and it was very difficult for the new ones to enter such discussions. I was frustrated for some time but I feel home now. Thank you mylot keep up the reputation.

I feel welcome at myLot. Its a forum that you wont get left behind. Just post to discussions and start earning like the others. Im also new here. No dollars but only cents. I know I'm getting there. You should go there too..

Yes, it's true, I feel the same way you did. Everything that we enter for the first, we feel something different, nervous or something else, after that we will do better and better and feel comfort every time we get respect from others. Feel free and enjoy your life.

yes, i do feel welcome.. or maybe i just do not mind how other members would feel about me being here. its not that i know all people here.. but i do feel more comfortable and at home here than any other site because here in mylot... i am able to express me! :D

You are certainly always very welcome. MyLot is a community of wonderful friendly people from countries around the world. MyLotters work together and cooperate with one another for mutual benefits. I joined the community over two years ago, and I am very happy that I did. I try to be acitve in the community as much as possible too. Happy myLotting !

hi ellyse oh yes now I do and I also felt a little unsure at first but I have found that I have some of the most wonderful people on earth on my myulot friends list. So I have felt most welcome here and accepted by almost all who are here too. I am so glad that you now feel welcome and more sure of yourself. You will always find almost all here are very helpful and welcomning to new comers and make all feel more at home here. Well the problem you discussed is common among all myLot users when the join this site. I used to feel very confused in myLot past days, but now I got addicted with this site. I am making a couple of bucks here now. Enjoy myLot!

i kind of feel the same way you did when you first started. I started a bit ago and it takes me a while to even pick where to give my opinions because i dont know what people will think. I realized that people are pretty accepting here, and i am starting to get more and more comfortable with posting here
