I have many friends and many r older than me and many r younger than me. I do n't make friends of too much ages differences. I am myself 17 years old and my friends r 17,18 or 16 years old. In my school, we were 4 friends and i was the oldest in them. They all were 16 years old and i was 17 years old.

My friends usually tend to be older than I am, even if only by a year or two. It has been that way for as long as I can remember. I think it is because I grew up around my brother and sister-in-law, and they were 15 years older than me. Now that I am older it really isn't an issue, but I still tend to have friendships with those that are older than I am. I identify more with their choice of music, ideals, and interests.

My friends' ages vary. I have some ten years older and some ten years younger. My most close friends though are generally within a 5 year difference of my age.
