Just a quick update why I am not about as much
As you all know from the Day I moved into this place I have had nothing but bother with the Landlord, no repairs done, no decorating done, ignoring my calls, my Emails
In the meantime I have decorated the Place myself, it is colder here now and I have no heating apart from the Gas Fire in the Living room
I am looking at a possible lung surgery to reduce my Lungs as they do not have enough room to expand any more, but as my Consultants Secretary has left while my Consultant was on Holiday everything got messed up to get me into my Consultant for him to make the Decision on this I am not happy about that but I have to wait now and keep taking Pin killers for the Pain and cope with the breathing
Anyway, last month I went through h*ll with the landlord I was to sick to go out myself to pay the rent, so a Friend paid it for me but unfortunately he got the Numbers mixed up and it went to a wrong account, the bank had to get this money back before it could go to the right Place the Landlord was harassing me every Day even though I could prove what had happened
Well Monday just gone I received a Letter to tell me to find legal advise as the Landlord is in court on the 28th October 2010 due to the property being REPOSSESSED as he has not been paying his Mortgage
This explains why no repairs or anything has been done, I have paid for redecorating this Flat myself, which I would not have done if I had known
This news nearly tipped me over the edge, as a lot has been going on again here
So when I return from my visit to my Son and Daughter next week I will be running around well not quite running but anyway I will be going to get the legal advise have an appointment with the council and well packing to be moving again, once I have found somewhere to move to
I am very upset about this as I thought I would be settled here, made it my Home and bang .............just like that my Life is upside down again, with this and other problems that have decided to knock at my door all on the same Day of these news
But well Gissi is doing just fine cheeky full of Life, he has his down Days but he certainly is much better

hi gabs wow that old saying it never rains but it pours must be true. now I understand why your landlord did not want to redecorate he was being repossessed. what a mess. I am glad that Gissi is doing well though
Its sad about your operation being postponed as it sounds like that
might be really helpful to you to allow you to breathe better.
as for me I am here in Southern Californis where Sunday it was 100, the next day 106 and the next day 95 but now its about 86 out and warm but
not that searingly hot 100 we had. I felt half ill for two days as they didnot turn on the air conditioning now its on at night and its too cold. but hey better than too hot.Hope things lighten up for you so you can have that surgery that will help you breathe better. give my little man in the doggy suit a hug for me gabs and theres three more for you.

oh my lord girl. you sure have your bad luck going on a lot lately. well, the only thing good about this is that you might get away from your crazy dog lady neighbor there with her dog running loose biting people. 
im praying that you will find a great place where your luck will change for the better for both you and Gissi.

Hi Sweetie
Right now all I want to do is shout, cry, scream but I can't as I ave to be strong for my Son right now who was beaten in a bad way last Sunday Night but the Guys who did it bragged on Facebook so the Police know who it was
When I get home next Week the running around will start
It is not the Lngs that have got bigger, it is the Bullet on the Lungs that have swollen which stops the Lungs expanding

Every time I even think of moving, gabs, I recall an old saying, "Better the devil you know than the devil you don't know."
I really sympathize with you because I've been in a similar situation before. It's such a shame that you have to go through all that trouble again. It's good to hear that Gissi is doing so well. Tell him hello from me.

One word...School!!!! Though I am happy now, I got all my work done for the week, so now all I have to do is a little more research and make three power point presentations that isn't due for another two weeks..(I am doing three because it is suppose to be a group project, but my partner(s) never showed up) But that's okay, it's worth 100 points and if I can get at least a 85-90 I'll be happy and they will get a big fat zero...

Bless your heart, i'm so sorry u have having all these problems. Seems like when it rains it pours. That landlord needs his butte kicked for trating u that way.I hope u take him to the cleaners. I can't stand people who do good people that way.I hope u can find alot better place to live & the people will treat u better. Enjoy your visit& lots of good luck to u. Well I had him and his Wife on the Phone today and I just told them straight well I put the Phone down on her as she called me a Liar, shortly after she had just lied to me again by saying it was sorted, I phoned the Solicitor who is acting on behalf og their Mortgage Company, who tells me they are still going to court

Gee whiz, you do have alot on your plate. I am so very sorry for all of your troubles. I am also very happy for your joys, Gissi being well and full of life, etc. Thru all he ups and downs we do have to remember to count our blessings. Gissi is a blessing. All that other crap, I hope it all works out for you. I jus said a prayer for you, keep us updated with your health, Gissi and living arrangements when you can. Lots of gentle hugz coming your way.
As for me, I have so much drama going on around me-its an unreal nightmare. I am doing my best to hang on and hide from it. I'm in the middle literally. Its my grown kids and grandkids.

Somehow I have missed this discussion. What I would like is for us to have a grand old MyLot moving party and all come help you. Too bad that will not happen. I am glad you get to go visit your son and daughter and I hope when this is all sorted out it will be for the best and you can actually get a place with a decent landlord who will keep up with things for you.

I know you have way too much on you to deal with now. I do hope things work out for you and you find a place you want where you want it.
You know I went with Britt to Georgia and then to Alabama to see my mom. She is not doing good. I hear from her every few days as she is able to write.
The doctor has told her there is nothing they can do to help her now about her breathing problems.
We have no idea why she had that lapse and went into the hospital but it looks as if it will take a miracle to make her better. That's what the doctor said. She is even looking at the prospect of being in a nursing home and it may be sooner rather than later. I hate this because she has been and still is a very independent lady.
I myself have had my own problems. I thought one of the recent operations would have taken care of this severe pain but it dd not. So I must go see a specialist again and hope they get it right this time. Until then, well I'm hanging in here.

Thank you so much dear Gaby. I hoped my mom would be better. She did have a better day the last we were there but it did not last.

Mike is doing ok now, Mel is fine, Gissi is just wonderful right now lol as for me the big Bust up came yesterday with the Landlord and his WIFE
I shall send you the Email I sent to a mutal Friend of ours yesterday
I love you Sweetie and please take care and of course your Mum to and send her my Love and she stays in my thoughts

I haven't been around much as my grandson is up for a visit from Arizona. The rest of his family moved to Germany so he came up to visit. He is in the process of getting into the military so once he goes in it will be hard to see him again. We have been having a great time....running about too much but today he is with his uncle in the metro area. He is 18 and they called just a bit ago to tell me that my son took him to a casino and he won a big jackpot.....nine hundred dollars so he is pretty excited. I had a rash of bad luck too a few weeks ago and just got everything back in order including a new furnace which set me back a bit. But I have to have heat and it's in now heating the house. Good thing as it's getting quite cold here already. Hope you find a wonderful new place!

Ok so dumb question, but just because the property will have a different owner, why would you have to move? Wouldn't the new owner still want to have renters?
But anyway, it's a lot to deal with even so, on top of your health and Gissi's health and everything else. I hope it works out for you...

Hi Dawn basically the Mortgage company will take the Property and then auction it of which means that someone might want to buy it for themselves and not to rent out so I have to move
They can not auction the Property with inside the Flat
You know I will get there but this time I might just get a Social Worker involved to be honest as I am not sure I can do this alone without breaking down specially after the Conversation with the Landlords Wife on the Phone yesterday she is one evil Cow believe me

Dispite all rejoyce. This move is going to get you out of the clutches of the wicked Witch across the Street. Now is the time to have extreme faith that you are in the hands of a higher power and think only of the present and the future, good things will be coming. Any time you start to worry take three deep breaths and clear you mind. Those deep breaths will help at other times also. I know you have lung problems, but just breath as deeply as you can and do it slowly.

They tried to tell me they are not in Court anymore, when I phoned the People who sent me the Letter they told me that they ARE STILL going to court so more Lies

I honestly hope you are alright and please let us know about the surgery, okay.
Okay, now let me begin here.
Hold onto your seat, okay.
Go to that freaking a$4 of a landlord that you have.
Tell him exactly what you think of him and his kind.
Take that letter you got for the reposession of the building and look for a nasty lawyer who can get anything and everything done in a day.
Make sure you got yourself covered on that.
They cannot just send a letter and sit back while people have to struggle finding another place to move to in a hurry.
That's bull.
Now, as for that thing calling himself a landlord.
Take your time explaining to him that you have a very nasty friend here on mylot.
And i am the kind who will make his darn miserable life even worse.

First, I hope you're feeling better and the Consultant finally gets around to providing you some piece of mind. Next, I wouldn't move! I'd find legal advice and go on the advice of my lawyer. I hope your "landlord" gets what's coming to him! Also hope Gissi continues to be Gissi...

Well I am moving either way as I can not stand the stress and the cold any more
I want nothing to do with this Man or his Wife ever again, he has put me through so much stress in the 6 months I have lived there this was the last straw
But I will still be getting legal advise no doubt on that one

Sorry to hear you are having to move again Gabs - and after all the work you have done at that place. The Landlord has never been right with you since you moved in. What a mongrel, not paying his mortgage all that time.
I hope you find a nicer place, and one where you don't have to do too much work to make it home again for you and Gissi. Glad to hear he is improving and back to his little cheeky self again! Hugs to you my friend xxx

I'm sorry you are going to have to move again so soon..It is such a shame the way you have been treated when you are having so many problems with your health..I do hope you will receive the help you need and that you will be all better real soon..
I am glad Gissi is better and praying you will be better soon..
I know it is hard to have to look for another place to live when you are so sick and in such pain..You deserve so much better than this..It is hard to have to move at any time..I know I hate to have to move..I will probably have to move to a smaller place as I am not able to take care of my home anymore..
I have not been up to much..Cheryl and Britt came to see me last week..I was so glad to see them..

Oh no gabs! I am so sorry all this has happened and now you have to move again! We have to wonder why life has to dish these things out to us...The fact that you may have impending surgery is not great but it may make life so much better for you in the long run which is probably the best way to look at things right now. Moving may be a huge hassle but who knows you won’t end in an even better place? I am pleased to hear that Gissi is doing okay You must try to stay as positive as possible although I know it is easier said than done. Things will work out and you will have some peace I’m sure…Just a few more hurdles...Take care of yourself gabs, love to little Gissi...

Well Paula that was not all that happened the same Day I got the Letter I also got a Phone call from my Daughter to let me know her Brother had been beaten up badly
He is ok now and the Police know who did it to as they bragged on Face book about it
4 Guys in the age range of 30-40 years old
But I am with my Son right now and he is doing much better

Oh Gab, you need to relax and don't think too much of all of these. If you can assign a friend or a relative to do everything for you as you have to rest and take care of your health. I pray everything will be in order for you Gab. Me, had to go back and forth to the doctor as my daughter, collapsed while attending a mass. She managed to come home but almost unconscious. Had to rush her to the doctor. Her hemoglobin very low that need to be blood transfused. We're not prepared for the money so went home instead and take med. After 2 days her hemoglobin improved that's why she decided not to be to be confined. Take care gabs, I wish you all the best. Hugs to you gabs, dear.

Wow...nowhere near as stressed as you must be. I know what it's like to have unexpected and ridiculous problems hound you at every turn. Things have been pretty stable here lately. Just busy with work and school...knock on wood. I hope that you get everything straightened out soon. Take care.
