I am not advertising for anything , don't care if u buy it or not but am trying to help people that are having stomach problems. I kept seeing Activia advertised on tv. I was having some problems w/my my stomach & decided to try it. Believe me it does work & it is very tasty. If any of u are having problems i think it will help them. Answer at your own risk this may get deleted but at least u will know about it.

I really like Activia. I buy the blueberry or strawberry flavors. This is one of two brands of yogurt that I can actually eat and enjoy. A lot of the others taste too gross to me. This brand has a very pleasant taste and it is very good for you. Enjoy!

Yup, Activia is a tasty yogurt. I get it whenever it's on sale. But I haven't noticed any difference when I eat it. I certainly don't see me wearing a grass skirt and doing the hula anytime after having it.

I like Activia, too, even though I have no stomach problems. I usually have a $1.00 coupon. That makes the price very reasonable. I w ish my husband would try one of them, but he turns his nose up at the very mention of yogurt and calls it sour milk. That is a fair description, but his tone makes it derogatory. He does have stomach problems. Everything he eats goes right through him.

Hey Jo! I have tried Activia and it really does work and yes, it does taste good. I was more worried about the taste factor, but it tastes just like regular yogurt, which I happen to love. My stomach gets all upset from all the meds I take and I always feel sick to my stomach all day long. My doctor was the one that told me to try it and it does indeed work. Have a great day!

Why should this be deleted? At least you are telling us which medication is working well through your personal experience. For a minor stomach problems we can just get it over the counter and save us $ seeing the doctor. Thanks lady...for sharing.

I don’t know if you get Activia in Australia but I will definitely look out for it just in case. It would be good if we can get it because I have the occasional upset tummy. I hope the post doesn’t go because it is so useful for MyLotters to share good finds.

Hi Jo! How are you doing? I eat Activia all the time and it really helps me and I think it's good, too! I like to try all of the different flavors but my favorites are the strawberry and the peach. The main reason why I eat yogurt is because I'm so prone to get yeast infections. I also have a lot of colon problems and Activia is good for both.

That's sounds cool, I wanted to try it but I don't know if we have it in the Philippines. I have stomach problem before but I see a doctor and undergo medicine maintenance and check-ups. The doctor prescribe me to take good bacteria in a capsule and it works for me. I have an lactose intolerance that time so I can't have milk and cheese and other dairy products. I don't know if I still have it now. Thanks for the information.
