Why am I gained weight?

Hi All. I don't know why I can't lose my weight. I do exercise very day ( moreover quite little) , eating small, slepping 8 eights per day. Why am I still fat? Why can't I lose my weight? My weight is maybe gained. Why?

maybe it's in your genes,are your close female relatives overweight,if so then that is probably why you are finding it hard

Well, you have to look at what you're eating...it's not the amount of food as much as its the type of food. As far as exercise, to really see some results, you're gonna have to exercise at least 40 mins a day. In your diet, do you eat vegetables? Fruit? Nuts and berries? How much meat are you consuming? Is it beef, chicken or fish? When you eat, is it right before you go to sleep? All of these are factors in losing weight...I know because at one time I weighed 240 lbs! Now I way 215 lbs. This came from eating the right things, at the right time, and getting a good exercise schedule...

write down everything down that you eat. this will help when it comes to loosing weight.

There are people that really fit to gained weight even if they don't each too much. There are also people that even if they eat more but they still tin... I think your body is fit for being fat...

Go to a dietitian. There must be something in your food that gains you weight even though you exercise and sleep enough. They'll probably tell you to list what you eat for say a week. It's an annoying task but exercising and still gaining weight will be more annoying in the long run.

Perhaps it's because of your genetical origin. Sometimes it's your default nature that you will always gain weight until it stops at certain point. The best you can do is to suppress it.

The question is if you snack? Like do you eat food with high contents of carbonhydrates or sugar? If you eat foods filled with fibers and proteins it takes longer time before you feel hungry, but it is also important to eat 5-6 times during the day and not just 2-3 larger meals. So what are your eating habbits based on the information I gave above?

Yes you should go to a specialist or a dietitian perhaps even if you don't eat much you still have to have consultations for the best way to loose weight. If it's in your genes you can still do something about it. My family are of big sizes..eheh..but i am not big, in fact i am so thin. My sister was a bit chubby before but after exercising and diet, she loose a few pounds. And she is also part of a dance troupe before and dances a lot that is why she lose weight.
