You are 100% correct. Failure is not disaster. The real disaster is our depression. Pass or Fail nothing matters, as long as u do your duties.

failture is really normal in our life and it may practice our will, but still many people do not want to experience the failture actively, failture is painful after all.

I think there is no shame in failure, only in quitting. After all when you climb a flight of stairs you fail 9 times before you reach the top. With each step you have failed to make it to the top until the last step. However, if you choose to sit down on a step before the top, you have not only failed but quit and that is where the shame is. We must all fail to learn, learning is what life and sucess is all about.

Failures are lessons to success. Without failures, one would not learn. We are not a perfect race...so, we have to learn someway. :) But getting people to realize that is not always easy. Thus, those that do not like to admit failure....are they learning or doomed to fail again?

But failures can Cow you down from doing your maximum... It's always there on the back of your mind that you failed last time... It takes mental resilence...

Failure is definitelyl la part of like. I agree with you on that. And to add, I think that you learn from your failure and it even sticks to your mind. You learn NOT to do it again because you already know what can happen if you bump into the same situation.
