How to cope up with stressful life and work

Stress - how to cope up with the stress we have in life and how to manage this.

Stress! The word itself is very stressful to pronounce. When which we can't swim out but only drown. Similarly like the whirlpool which can take the life of the person. There are many ways to capsize this stress and move on with life. There are many types viz. emotional stress, physical stress, mental stress, etc. Having a life of this stress is very dangerous and draining which can end up in taking lives. Only thing which we are having in our hand is how to react to those situation which can bring back the lives and make people stay happy. What are your suggestions regarding how to cope up with the stressful life?????

I have a serious case of Panic Disorder so stress is ALWAYS relevant in my life. However, one way I have found to cope is by Yoga and Meditation! :) Seriously! I know it may sound New Age(y) (not that there's anything wrong with that), but I do Yoga every morning and spend walks in the morning with God. It is so relaxing and it really does help throughout the day! Also, keeping a diary REALLY helps too. It's a healthy way to just vent. :)

Of course, that's why I recommend doing something active on a relaxing base. That way you're still getting exercise, but you're also being relaxed at the same time. :)

I have always had to deal with high levels of stress in my life that I sort have gotten use to it. However this year I have gone through far more than I believed I can handle and it has caused me to have sever panic attacks, something I did not think possible since my life has been filled with so many levels of stress. What I would suggest is try really hard to remove anything remotely negative from your life to incorporate even more stress. As stress is something we just cannot completely avoid in our lives. thanks for the comment you are right that we should try our best to cope up with it and that's only we can do to fix it.Pray for God that we will give us strength to change the things we can, the serenity to accept the things we cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference. We should accept the fact that we are not SUPERMAN and we don't have a magic powers...Happy mylotting

I would have to say, finding some time just for yourself, to think, exercise, yoga, meditate, pray or whatever.... that time you can find peace with.

It is really inevitable to encounter stress. And I've gone through too so many stress. It is so hard to get rid of it really, but it all depend on us how to respond. It could also harm us thru budding ailments that surely be an added burden to us. And I learned that we have to protect ourselves to a more severe stressful situations. I tried to appreciate and acknowledge stressful situation to a positive one. Accepting that everything happens for a reason and that we are capable of overcoming what was given to us. Finding someone whom you can share your burden. After trying our best to cope up and still it bothers us, nothing we can do but hurling it to Almighty. Happy mylotting.

A pleasant day to you Davenhearst, Truly indeed, the word itself brings stress. Though now a days a lot of things we can do to remove and wipe-out the stress, still, this, it keeps on coming back. Wherein, the stress that was gone for days and weeks, it will come back again and will last for months and somehow years. In our life, stress do really comes one after another. There are times, stress overlaps one after another. Wherein, you was not yet finished or cannot find yet the answer to the other one, thus, new strees is coming. As a consequence, this will somehow create a big fuss to your mind. That, some people thinks to end their own life. And with the help of recreations, people somehow cope up. Apparently, people just use the recreations not too long. That, still, stress was not really gone. For this reason, for me, the very best way to relieve your self from stress is to pray and seek for God's presence to be in your life. From this, you will find peace in everything. For God will supply all things according to His will. And He will provide and give the best answer that will be good for life. Pray it works wonders.

when i worked before i always had this high level of stress, due to pressure updated on reports and any different task. We have to meet our boss standard most particular in office reports mostly in accounting. Its very exhausting job. Im not happy anymore because it very stressful job. My health is at risk already. Even if i do a lot of exercising and stuff. Its not healthy anymore. Now im happy coz i spend so much time on resting and more relaxing.
