I can't understand him

Have you tried to report him to another neighbours of yours? Perhaps, the head of people living in your area? Because if what he is doing is annoying others, regardless of his hobby as music lover, then somebody has to inform him, remind him, or punish him accordingly.

Oh boy. you should try to confront him in a nice manner of course. He`s not the only person in this world.

before when i lived in other place i also had a neighbor that put music all day what was bothering already but he put that till late also. some people called the police and he stopped to put the music. but my mum said that when police left he put again. well maybe you should call the police. they will just warn him dont worry. they wont take him to jail. so you can call them just to warn him and maybe he will stop that^^ we deserve respect^^

hes a public disturbance. its ok to listen until wee hours of the morning as long as its not loud and only audible inside his home. i believe this person is an attention-seeker

tell him to use headset when he's listening to music. because his music has annoying you as a neighbor. with using headset, he's still enjoy his music, and nobody get annoyed. am i right?hehehe

If his music will annoyed you because it will be very alarming to people around your neighbor you can report it to the officer that maintaining peace in your area to give him an instruction or warm him not to be acting like that because many are distracted...

I am a music lover and have big speakers at home but i make sure i don't distract my neighbors. I do respect my neighbor so try to ask your neighbor to respect you. And listening to music at night is really not good especially when the neighbors wants to sleep. I think you have to ask the city officials to take care of that..lol.

He seemed to be pretty depressed to play loud music til 1-2AM... It's pretty abnormal, yes... Yet, Somehow, you need to make yourself a little closer with your neighbor for you to understand him...

I wish you did mention in your post if the man is actually playing those music really loud and it is disturbing, but I'm guessing yes because you sounded angry. If he is so stubborn even after you told him to stop the music then I think this is gonna take all his neighbours attention to stop him. He can just use a headphone if he wanna listen to the music as loud as he can. There's no need for him to get everyone to hear it ewh what an idiot! Well I hope you can solve this very soon. As I said, if he doesn't listen then there's a need for more people to tell him that it is not pleasant to do that and he can just listen to music on his own without disturbing others.

To be honest,I have the same crush on music sa him,so I can understand him to some extent.In this case,you can communicate with him heart to heart as his friend because maybe he feel lonely sometime when music can treat him in his soul.Time after time, he beagin to addict to music when his feeling is blue in low.So,you can play , travel with him and fulfill a friend's responsibility.Only in this way he can find life is colorful and more than music.
