Jogging is a good way of exercise and to burn fats

Every sunday I jog for 10 to 20 minutes. I started jogging when I was in college then eventually join in a 5k fun run event. Do you have tips on how can I increase my stamina?

try taking a elevated road or a set of stairs when you jog or try doing it in high altitude places, it exercises you're lungs more so you can hold much oxygen thus increasing your stamina, just don't overdo it though, and be sure to do some stretching exercises, so you can avoid cramping of the muscles
