yufut09 Yeah, a lot, kids get exposed to things they're not supposed to do, internet and games can get really addicting, makes kids fat and lazy.

yufut09 Im not an Aethiest or whatsoever ... Having a Religion is good, you get to share you thought about what you belief, but still don't forget that being spiritual is better than religious, also shallow visual of your belief is only fooling yourself and others....

Every sunday I jog for 10 to 20 minutes. I started jogging when I was in college then eventually join in a 5k fun run event. Do you have tips on how can I increase my stamina?

yufut09 try taking a elevated road or a set of stairs when you jog or try doing it in high altitude places, it exercises you're lungs more so you can hold much oxygen thus increasing your stamina, just don't overdo it though, and be sure to do some stretching...

yufut09 Budget wise... I'd go with MSI, Good performance low price, nice designs Quality wise... Dell, kinda expensive though and the higher the performance the more expensive
