Hahaha, I truly agree with you. Most of us started as casual friends, then close friends and if we are lucky we will ended up as lovers. Some finally became husband and wife. Life is like that. However, it is best to 'test water' and look for the right signal...or else friends can become enemies. I always hope that someday, good friends can become life partners or stay as best friends. No one knows, anything can happen. Hope for the best

i agree on you in saying that there are more chances of turning your female friend to a girlfriend. better relationship us lovers really starts from becoming friends. through friendship you will know each other well and be confident to each other. but sometimes when you become partners and you broke up frienship will never be the same again.

I kinda know this thing. You see I had this past experience when my friend became my girlfriend. The thing here is, we didnt became friends for too long, probably like 3 months? We dont know each other that much, so the fear of losing a good friend didnt rise up. She liked me before and eventually I was free at that time and i kinda like her in some ways, so I tried turning her from friend to a girlfriend. Another one, I have this long-time friend, I have known her for almost 10 years now, she's been a good friend, she knows me to the extent of she knows the type of girls that I like and she knows what Im thinking, the thing here is Im afraid of making her my girl cuz if I mess up big time, I would totally lose her, its like shooting two birds in one stone. Id lose a girlfriend plus a very very very good friend.

Generally, from my own observation, females tend to fall in love easier than males. That is why I agree with you that there are more chances of turning a female friend to girlfriend. Women have the tendency to melt hearts over sweet and thoughtful actions. It is also the reason why women often have their hearts broken because of misinterpreting sweet and special attention they get from male friends...
