richardjx I know that it is not a good idea to use my brain, but I'm afraid of sleeping overtime. So I just spend my time to read or watch a short movie, then I wash my face and have a coffee, after that I'm good enough to the afternoon work.

richardjx I'm that kind of guy who trust friends totally, so I hate to be betrayed by my friends. If I was betrayed, I may forgive my friends and do not blame him, but I'll never trust him again. I just think betrayal is too bad a quality to accept.

richardjx In this case, I think maybe you should check your motivation carefully, consider all the details and if the "motivation" still discourage you, it had already not your motivation. So, what about change a motivation which you want to put effort to?
