I don't really cook for myself. Sometimes I do but it is very seldom. In the morning, I go straight to our canteen to eat breakfast. There are so many to choose from and I usually choose fish and vegetables. But today, I chose menudo. It's been since I last eat menudo and I really miss it.

When I first studied the "food pyramid" it had 7 layers and then someone tried to simplify it and made it only 4. I still believe in 7 and I try to plan meals with nutrition first in mind and then the flavors. It is good to have a variety, so there really isn't any one food that I usually make, except that most people I know eat more processed food than I do. I grow as much food as I can indoors and in my tiny garden out back and I juice a lot of veggies and some fruits and make a lot of different kinds of soup. I rarely eat anything made from white flour, only whole grains, and although I do not eat a lot of bread, I do often bake my own. Oh, I grow a lot of sprouts, too, buckwheat, fenugreek and others that are tasty in sandwiches and salads. Mmmm, adobo is good.
I have never had sinigang. Tamarind is available in our markets, but mostly used to make a refreshing cold beverage.

I like to make Quinoa and Couscous on a regular basis, both are very healthy. Mostly though I just eat Appetizer Diet Cookies, and Seaweed Juice at home, and with an Appetizer MilkShake take my supplements, then I go to eat at work, where I gorge on Bacon, and chicken, and bread...If I always lived at home, mostly we would be eating quinoa mixed with vegetables.
Sincerely and With Appreciation.

Hello! Our meal for every day composed of rice, meat or fish, fruits and vegetables. I see to it that I prepare variety of dishes everyday to avoid lack of appetite with food. I love vegetables and fruits so those are included in my menu every day. If we have fried fish, surely we will have a vegetable viand that will perfectly goes well with the fish, of course with hot rice so the meal will be very sumptous and delicious. Good night!

I love pork sinigang and tinola for lunch, Then for breakfast I love bacon ples egg or tuna and SPAM, with my hot coffee. For dinner I try to eat less, more of vegetables anf fich less of carbohydrates or fats. Though I admit my meal is not always the ideal balance diet.

I eat strawberries every day after picking them from my garden. Some days I eat them alone and others I put them in the blender with other fruit to make a fruit drink. This week I'm planning to make some strawberry muffins for snack time.

If it's me who do the cooking, then of course we will have complete diet meal. But if it's my mom, then the food will sometimes be off balance. Usually lacking veggies. Fish is not a really popular menu in my house. My younger siblings love chicken. Meat, not so much. So I usually fried or roast them (roast is the easiest so I do that often)

Out breakfast usually are hot bread bought in the nearby bakery and a choice of butter, hotdog or egg and coffee and chocolate drink for the kids. Lunch we usually have rice and viands should be fish or chicken mixed with vegetables and fruits for dessert. During dinner, we have what is left for lunch. I only cook meat dishes on weekends.

well, i eat what my mom cooks for us. she serves healthy food, of course, since she wants us to grow healthy as much as possible. although i don't really enjoy eating fish and she knows that. just by saying that our food would be fish she'd tease me for it. can't be help if my dad wants fish almost everyday and we don't.

Hi! Over here we eat everyday rice and beans for lunch and dinner. In the morning we have coffee and milk or fuit juice, french bread with butter, sometimes cheese and ham and a fruit. For lunch, besides rice and beans, we eat meat (pork, beef, chicken, eggs, fish, etc.), salad with lettuce and tomatoes are more popular, plus a variety of vegetables. Sometimes we have soup for dinner, my kids love it, we also have spaghetti! In the afternoon, bread with butter or cake and a fruit. I cook all kind of food and I like to creat new dishes, but usually we have rice and beans every day, as I said.
