What are good exercices to reduce belly fat and chest fat? How many minutes a day should i spend to exercise?

inorder to reduce fat you need to reduce calorie intake by eating small amount of food with low calorie and you need to eat every three yours, then do any cardio exercise with empty stomach every morning...before you do this you need to log your body stats to tract our progress...

I would suggest 30 minutes of exercise a day. Its best to do different exercises each day, so you work different muscles and you will lose weight, if your not overeating. I lost weight by working out and eating right.

Without a doubt, stairs have to be the best exercise to burn fat. Do them for either 15-30 minutes, or do 50-100(home stairs, up and down) sets of stairs. You'll probably lose a good 2-3 pounds of fat a week, with healthy eating if you follow this. I know I did, and I ate quite a bit, but all healthy food.
