I have come up with this question, what you drink when you have food (Lunch/Breakfast/Dinner)?
When we have food, we use to drink a cup of milk/water/juices of fresh fruits right? Long time back, I had a chance to meet my old friend. We had a chance to have dinner together. I noticed that he took a coke bottle. I asked him why to have a coke at this late night?
He replied me that he always have a coke/pepsi when taking food. I was really astonished on hearing his reply. Do you have the habit of always taking coke/pepsi when having food?

It is proved scientifically that Coke or Pepsi will decease the teeth and gums. So having coke during food should be avoided totally.
Better to drink water only.
During night, after having food drinking milk is also a good habit since more protein will be there in milk and during your sleep your body will get more protein which will make you healthy on the next day.. !!

I drink water and Diet Mountain Dew. Seriously, this is all I drink - and that's fine with me! I used to be hardcore with the regular sodas and energy drinks, but I've definitely cut down. I hope to someday totally eliminate the need for soda in my life.. But I just need to take it one step at a time LOL.

Everytime i eat i don't usually drink the same thing. Of course i have soda usually and most of the time. Now i do also drink water as that is goingto be healthy for you but water that i drink can't be plain because then i wouldn't dirnk water so i usually add in a packet of either lemonade or propel to it.
I also do drink fruit punch, lemonade, maybe orange juice and apple juice every once in a while. I guess it depeneds on waht type of mood im in but there are a lot of chocies to drink from when at a restaurant and when im at home i just pick up something in the refrigerator to drink.

When i have breakfast i have coffee and for lunch and dinner i take plain and simple water. I don`t take any aerated drinks like coke or pepsi as i feel very uncomfortable with them. Water is the best and nothing can beat tat. Coke and Pepsi which have fizz cause gases to develop and this can lead to health problems if taken in a large quantity.Water is the safest bet as it can remove toxins from the body.

Hi Arunmails,
I mostly have plain water with foods that I eat. With Burgers and Pizzas, I have sprite or a coke. With other items, I sometimes have Tea/ Coffee or on some rare ocassions, I have Fruit juice, or Shorbet(Rooh Afza).

I get to take soda/softdrinks with food is when I am eating in a restaurant especially in a fast food joint. Meals like hamburger and fries really go well when taken with soda or softdrinks. I know this is not beneficial for one's health because it's packed with sugars and calories. But at times, it's really hard to resist this temptation :-) However, when I am at home eating home cooked meals, it's often accompanied by tall glasses of cold water, which is actually more refreshing and good for the health.

I know that eight glasses of water every day is good for our health, but I don't drink water at all, not even one glass. Instead, I drink coffee when I have breakfast. I drink coke when I have lunch. I'll have coffee again for afternoon tea. Then soup with dinner, and juice after dinner. Different kind of drink for the different meals of the day, I have them everyday. Not a good habit though. :P

I only occasionally have soda. Many of your readers have pointed out that Coke, Pepsi, and also Dr. Pepper have phosphoric acid, which is bad for your teeth and bones.Besides that, they are full of sugar. I drink coffee for breakfasts. I like water and tea and milk as well.

hi arunmails I have coffee and orange juice to drink with my breakfast and I have coffe and Iced tea or lemonade for lunch and dinner. I do
not drink cokes often as I am a diabetic and have to have the sugar free ones. I would rather be drinking my 8 to 10 glasses of pure water each day for good health's sakes.

Sodas and other juices are available everywhere, but my husband and I only prefer to drink water even when dining out. We are very particular with the health benefits that water can bring to our body, in the same manner we are aware of the bad effects of drinking sodas.

HI,
I seldom have soft drink during my meal,it is too much gas and
not good for my stomach.
I prefer to have a cup of plain water during my meal or if there
is soup, then I wil just drink soup and only after my meal, I will
drink a glass of plain water.
Once a while, when I am out to restaurant for food, then will drink soft
drink or either chinese tea.
