Check the link in the URL. What does it say?

There are two problems I can immediately see with the URL you posted above: 1) There should only be two slashes after the colon (but that may be your typo rather than one on the web page) 2) "IP address" is not recognisable as part of a URL (and it contains a space which is illegal). It might be what someone typed in until they found the correct IP address (which would be four numbers separated by points) and then forgot to change it when they published the page.

Is that the exact address? If so, then no wonder your browser is returning an invalid address to you. That looks like the wrong URL. Check the site that gave you the URL again, because I think they may have coded it wrongly.

The link has been incorrectly entered in the site or your DNS does not have that website in its list or the site is otherwise blocked from where you are.

I just wanted to provide you a link that would be helpful anytime you think a site is down for any reason or you have a question that maybe it is on your end. What you do is go to the link below and put in the site address and it will tell you if the problem is on your end, site maybe down or maybe that the site is gone for good. http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ Save that link it helps a great deal.
