Why are some people having moods? What are the causes of moodiness?

Why do you think some people have moods? Is it because of age? As far as I can remember, I felt uneasy most of the time when I was young.. But as I grow mature, I felt less uneasy.. or in short, I have less moods if none at all.. Is childishness synonymous with moodiness? Or it's just a person's personality?... what do you think?...

I think there are a lot of reason why people have mood swings. Even mature persons have mood swings. I think one of the reasons could be the weather, sometimes rain can cause other people to be lazy thus not doing anything productive and just sleep, some work best during rainy season, some find it the hot weather to hot to work, some find a sunny day a very lovely day to work. I also think having slept less at night will cause a person to have mood swings.

I think that there are alot of people that are moody this time of year as the darker nights and it getting alot colder. There are the other people that are moody all the time, which then make other people very moody aswell.I think that there are alot of people that always seem angry or moody as that is just them and the way that they are.

I think it has something to do with biorhythm, which is a natural process. They have this table where they can somehow tell if you will be ok on a specific period or when days wont be so bad. Of course, with women, the hormonal imbalance plays an important role. The weather too i think influences our moods, like sunshine boosts our serotonin level and rainy days makes us feel lazy and sleepy. (^_^)
