With all the technology today and the busy life of each individual, sometimes its hard to even read a newspaper or watch the news in the television. Recently, i can only read the current news using the internet and do not anymore read the newspaper. how about you do you still prefer to read it in the paper or in the internet?

Yes! I think reading the newspaper everyday is still the best way to relax myself. What i mean by that is that, it has been my habit to read newspapers everyday with a coffee. I find it relaxing. Even though I can do the reading with the news in the computer, but the fact that reading newspaper cannot destroy (i mean do something bad) with your eyes, it can be very relaxing! :D

Yes i read but not too much because i has now poor sight so this is the thing that makes me suffer in reading.. Anyway i can update myself of reading the news in the internet and sometimes buy listening to the radio or watching television. Poor sight happens when i was in the school of medical transcription. The whole day am on front of the computer just to listen to the dictation of a doctor in one tape record. Then i will transfer that file into words. Now i really love reading but this problem occur as i have said earlier.

I don't read the mainstream/big media where the truth of things are twisted or left out, and that includes newspapers. Besides, I don't order newspapers myself.
Instead, I read alternative media, including newspapers that have REAL truth in them, things that the mainstream newspapers never touch. It doesn't matter if it's in paper or online, alternative media is best.
Still, since i'm much of a pack rat, my room doesn't have enough space for stacks of paper, and if there's a digital version of an article, I can throw the paper edition away after I save it to my hard drive, so I go for digital newspapaers to keep things uncluttered.

hi johan for me my son found that I can read the daily register for five dollars a month so he is paying it for me so I read it here on the internet as it still the same news only it does not cost me money that
I really do not have. At first I was skeptical but I found I enjoy this just as much and no stack of newspapers to have to carry out of my room each day.I am here in a retirement center so not a lot of room for a ton of newspapers. it is sort of fun really to read it on the net. sure does save money too

Dear friend,
I do read newspaper all most all days. Moreover I do check news in internet also. If there is less time I just go through the Headlines. But it have become an habit to read newspaper every day. Hence whenever there is newspaper at my home and my and adequate time I would have read the newspaper.

I used to read the newspaper every morning. I would get up in the morning and read the paper and have a coffee and a couple smokes and relax before getting ready for work. I really liked it, come to think of it. I enjoyed that alone time in the morning. I always got up at least a few hours before I had to leave for work and do some housework and such and sit and read the paper.
On the weekends I used to also read the paper. I had it delivered to my house every morning, every day, and read it every time. I sometimes would take it with me to work, if I slept in, and read it on my coffee break.
But now I never read the newspaper. I don't read the news on the internet either. All I do is listen to the news on the TV. I listen to the local news at 5pm and I listen to the national news at 11pm but quite often fall asleep during it.
Cheers and happy mylotting,
Chris

I seldom do that now. At most I glance through what's going on in Yahoo homepage, which features latest news. Now all the while I'm logged in to the internet and in Mylot. Otherwise, I'll be "flying". Only on weekends, I'll read the newspapers as there are more news.

Amazingly, I still read newspaper everyday. Yes I do have a hectic schedule but I will try to find times to get the newspaper whether during lunch hour, night time and so on. I still find it very interesting to read the real newspaper than online news portal. The newspaper sometimes gives me a sense of nostalgic feeling. I just flip the pages to my like.

The daily paper got too expensive, so we get Sunday only. I figure that the coupons in the Sunday paper about pay for the paper. We get most of our news from the TV.

At this days I don't have time now to read the daily news paper but I prefer to watch news on TV much clearer and detailed.
I also read news from the internet that is why I don't need to buy news paper daily and read it.

I did read the paper here everyday. But the price of the newpaper here went up to 1.00 a day and 2.00 on sundays You get 6 papers a week.
And they dont even post news about our own town. Most is about the other countrys.
So i just dont read it. Use to you could read it on the web. Now you have to pay .75 a day to read it. Stupid Huh?

Hi Johan, It's nice to know that you still have time to read news using internet. As for me I don't get to read any news anymore whether through the net or newspaper. That's how busy my life is. I'm working 9 hours a day 5 times a week and then I have two kids to take care of when I'm at home. They used to have a Nanny but had bad experience so decided not to get a replacement anymore. My mom volunteered to look after them instead when my husband and I are both away. So when I have free time I make sure I use it to get enough sleep.
