is it true in canada that red cars have high insurance value, if this is true what's the reason behind this? i know you may think red is for sports car, so this mean all colors like yellow and blue have also high insurance?

I highly doubt it but i'm in CAlifornia not CAnada. The color isn't one of the factors they use when determining the rate here in California. I get asked that quite a bit but there isn't even a spot to input the color of the car when we determine the rate. It does go on the inspection report if the vehicle is inpsected but that isn't used in rating.

supposedly the reason people think that red cars are rated higher is because statistically red cars are more likely to be pulled over. If that is true that would mean drivers of red cars are more likely to get tickets...but it would be the tickets that would make the rate higher not the color of the car.
