coffee vs tea?

we all know that this two helps us to manage our weight and have great health benefits, but i wanna know which is better-give fast result, when it comes to burning fats for pre-workout shot

thanks for starting this discussion. for my opinion tea is much better than coffee. specially if it is GREEN TEA, it is packed with health benefits.
1.) increase your metabolism
2.) increase energy
3.) block fat absorption
4.) boost immune system
5.) promote healthier skin
6.) enhance focus and mental function
7.) fight the aging process
8.) promote oral health
9.) protect the body against diseases

Yupp, I agree with your opinion, more natural tea than coffee. Many benefits of tea in the can from one of them as you mentioned above.

I've heard that tea, especially like green tea, is better for you than coffee. But I think either's good and I actually prefer how coffee tastes and how much caffeine is in it - over tea. That's just my preference. Anything but soda and energy drinks..

hi f rom what I have read green tea is the fastest at helping your body burn fat.Also I think it the best tasting of sll the teas and coffeee too.Coffee does help too but green tea seems to do it faster
and its tasty. I would not expect it to make you lose ten pounds in
just two days but it will help uou.

I think tea is much better- but i prefer coffee. And too much of everything is bad so don't drink too much of tea, maybe one or two every day will do.
It's a bit confusing though, since there are many kinds of tea, with lots of different ingredients in them, so choose wisely.

To burn fat, I suggest to drink green tea. It is really helpful. I drink that two cups a day. But of course, my intention is not to burn fat. I am too slim now, lol. Green tea is also good as anti-radical. Try that, but never add sugar. It is not recommended.
