Thst is a very weird question but the thing is, since ive been fascinated with cooking, i almost cook everything with egg, and it happens daily, so basically i eat atleast two eggs a day...and i remember that i read somewhere (few years back) that a certain number of chicken egg should be eaten in a week. But im not so sure if its true or not and how many exactly. since i never thought it could actually concern me.

I read somewhere that we are allowed to eat 3 eggs in a week! But I'm not really sure about it now. I'm very much curious about the Korean diet coz I think their food is just so healthy. They don't believe that eating eggs daily are not good, so now I don't mind that at all too.

"An Egg a Day, fills the food bag", it is a old saying in my local language and I tried to translate it in English,it is almost similar to "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" THE meaning is, one egg contains and the proteins and nutrients that a man requires per day.

At your age you can eat more than one egg a day.If you have an active lifestyle they will help you and not effect you.If one crosses forty then one should control the intake of eggs.At that age it is preferable to eat egg white leaving the yolk as it is considered to be high in cholesterol content.

i eat 35 eggs per week, 21 whole egg and 14 egg whites, thats basically 3 whole egg and 2 egg white on a daily basis, i eat them with veggies on my omelet every morning it makes me full of energy each time i start my day, some people tell me i'm crazy consuming to much egg, they are unhealthy full of cholesterol and some said i'm gonna clock my arteries and die soon, yes! it is true that eggs do contain a substantial amount of cholesterol - about 211mg./large egg, but labeling eggs as "bad for your healthy or unhealthy" is like connecting the wrong dots

I have readed some news about this question from the internet and books. They all said that two eggs every day for one person is considered healthy.More than two eggs are harmful to people's health.Less than two eggs are not enough for human's nutritions.

I remember when I was a teenager I went on a strict diet for 2 months. I ate 2-3 eggs a day. Nothing bad happened to me.

I'm actually (shockingly) hearing it's NOT healthy to eat eggs. The egg whites, yes, but not the actual egg itself. Apparently what they thought was good fat is actually bad. Research it for yourself though, to make sure. I know in Okinawa, where they have the highest rate of life (average is like 97 or something they have a bunch of centaurians) and they don't eat dairy ot eggs. It's fascinating, really.
