My first language is Russian, then English and third language is Lithuanian. I am fluent in all of them, can write, talk and was studying serious subject in every of these languages!!

I speak English and French, though my French is not good. I also know a few words in Welsh and German. I can read Italian and Spanish a little - enough to get the sense of what is said.
