would you have the guts to eat it?
I love sushi.
But it's rather expensive to get at restaurants here in the midwest.
So I was thinking about learning how to make it myself.
And then I got to thinking
How much would I trust myself to do it right?
And then
How much would I trust someone else,
without any formal training,
to make it for me?
I would definitely eat it.
1. because a little raw fish is far from the worst thing eaten before.
2. Because I would hate to offend anyone offering me a meal no matter what.
Would you eat Sushi your untrained friend has prepared?

I love to it sushi with wasabi in it. Even though its expensive I would keep money just to it at least twice a month. I tried make my own sushi before but it did not succeed. I just had diarrhea after eating and promise to myself that in order to eat it I will go to Japanese restaurant to order. I can eat it as many as I can.

Sushi is not that easy to prepare, and if you don't prepare the rice well, it will break into pieces the very moment you try to hold it, or when you dip it in soy sauce. It can also happen that the rice will turn too sticky, and you won't be able to get rid of the rice grains that get stuck in your fingers. However, if my friend went through the hassle of preparing something like sushi I would try it, as I would understood this person made a big effort to prepare this kind of food
Also, I love sushi

Of course I will like to try the sushi that my friends made. First, I need to encourage them. Second, I love eating sushi. Third, the taste won't go so bad anyway because the ingredients are already fresh and delicious, probably the sushi will not look professional but it doesn't affect its taste.
I love China

I suppose at first instinct my reaction would be how clean and well of cook this person may be. However if you knew me well the person would know I was allergic to seafood.
But for sake of your discussion and not being allergic I would imagine with any meals being cooked by another it would depend on how well I knew the person as my stomach and ill feelings must always be first.
