Format 1TB harddisk in FAT32 format?

Can anyone guide me on how to format a 1TB Harddisk in FAT32 format? What free software/program is recommended?

are you sure want to format your external HD in FAT32? I better format in NTFS, because it's secure, fast and many other advantages. But, if you want to format in FAT32, you can built in disk utility in windows. Don't forget to check disk from error
