liewss80 Sound impossible. Maybe you accidentally clicked onbux banner ad after signing in.

liewss80 Tried to email, but the email auto reply says " pls submit through support ticket " ... but the problem is i'm not able to login, cant submit as well

liewss80 Its hard to comment as we do not know what device/navigation software/map you are using. But one advise is : Do not follow gps direction blindly. Always preview the route to double check on the routing result before your proceed. Make sure that you are using...
