It all boils down to your definition of love.
In this instance, does love mean :
1. Adoration of someone that you truely care for, someone whom you really cherish (True love)
2. the tingling, melting effect that you get in your heart when you see someone with a special charm/Xfactor (Infactuation/Puppy love/etc)
If by (1), then my ans is no.
If by (2), then yes!
I'ld bet the odds are that someone who openly proclaims that (s)he believes in "love at first sight" cant even differentiate between love and infatuation.
Understanding (true?) love takes much time, effort, luck, maturity, but I'm sure once we find it ,its very rewarding.

No, I don't believe in love at first sight. Because the only thing that happens at first sight is infatuation.

only if its something to eat. i belive that you can lust at first sight or want deeply at first sight. and just simple love but not IN LOVE no.
